Pike county could lose 600 clean up jobs at the uranium enrichment plant soon. The DOD had said they would clean up the site, now they say no more funding. 50+ years this plant enriched uranium to weapons grade. The ground water and surrounding land has been lroven to be well over the safe limit for uranium. Obama wants 2 billion for illegal immigrants, but wont clean up his backyard! -

DOD only pays for the delivery systems (subs, missiles, and bombers)
And, as I recall, the DOE put the funds in there for FY14. $155Million for Portsmouth.

So, Obama has done his part. Point your finger at Congress to approve the amount. Simple as that.
It is not just Portsmouth that is getting the shaft on funding for cleanup, it is Paducah, Savannah River, Pantex, and the huge Sanford plant in Washington. -

You should have kept reading and you might have learned something about asset prices. Renter or rentier, you're wrong in either case (capital gains for the latter offsetting loss of income, if any). But I have 0 interest in debating asset pricing and capital returns with you as this point illustrates you're rather ignorant of both.
