    DA seems pretty neutral in his posts. Definitely not an Obama apologist or a bootlicker like Colbert or Stewart, I weep for our country that young people look to them as news sources. Jon Stewart used to be somewhat halfway moderate but he's gone off the deep end.

    I'm dwelling on this more than I should, but working with an IT company there is no way that the IRS simply "lost" e-mails. There is back-up everywhere and the administration just simply lies to us and expect the proles to take it. If our media wasn't so far up Obama's ass he would have been ousted months or years ago. This is getting pathetic.

    I am NOT defending him. I find it amusing that there is NOTHING that BHO could do that would not draw scrutiny from the hard right. It fact, the right has pinned itself in a corner that is so constrictive that even if they have a legitimate point, it is summarily dismissed as right wing rhetoric.

    The 2 party system is so polarized that it has frozen itself in a stalemate. Neither side can try and negotiate a deal with the other without being accused as a nuthugger.

    So let me be clear and state my opinion on our President. I see him as an ineffective leader, and a less that adequate politician. His 1st 2 years have crippled him because he didn't have the nads to reign control over the progressives that were fighting over their own all or nothing socialistic agenda. He should have told dirty Harry and Pigosi to go fuck themselves and bring him some bills that were inclusive of all the people instead of a socialist left wing pipe dream. That being said, BHO is not the reason or even will be the reason of our country's "impending doom". He is however a symptom of a failed republic structure that is snowballing toward an autocracy that maybe only a total changing of the guard will fix.

    On the other side of the aisle, The Repubs reaped what they had sown from the 104th through the 109th Congress. Starting with the impeachment of the president over a blowjob right through the Iraq war, They shoved their agenda through the system with impunity, and only the radical supreme court stopped our country from falling over the theocratic abyss.

    Most of the blame for the Democratic presidential coo is the Republicans own fault. Their own moral agenda is their own demise. They just have not produced a candidate that fits their own "pedestal" of standards that are both pallitable, and electable. I mean shit guys, Mcain (rino) and Romney? (Morman nut job) Give me a fucking break.

    The only way to stop this insanity is to change constitutionally, State by State, impose term limits in all phases of the government including the Supreme Court. The role of congress should revert back to the public service sector and not be profitable in power or money for anyone. Hell, give anyone elected into congress a pension just for their service that is only revokable for being convicted of a felony.

    So tell me Like_that, Is that defending Obama?

    I have been saying this for a couple of years now...throw each and every incumbent Senator, Representative and the POTUS out on their ass and elect new ones. Ones that will work together to represent the will of the people...all people, not just those with the same initial (R or D) after their name.

    This cannot happen fast enough.

    I forgot to call bullshit on this last week. Obama inherited the agreement from the Bush administration's 2008 status of armed forces agreement with IRAQ.
    As i remember it, The US wanted to extend the drawdown over 10 years ans Iraq would't hear of it.

    Obama implemented the plan that he inherited..... I know, I know, It's Bush's fault

    That just makes him even more ineffectual...circumstances change, and three years later...who's the president? We already have seen "where's the president" when it came to Benghazi. I can't help but think that the Al qaida is "on the run" narrative was so central to his re-election campaign that he himself actually duped himself in believing his own hype.
    Not only are they not "on the run"...they are on the march.

    5 1/2 years ago America elected a new president to replace George W. Bush. His name is Barack Obama. He's in his second term. The last three years of the Iraq war were on Obama. He took credit for ending Iraq. He took responsibility. It was his accomplishment.

    You can say that all you want, but it does not change the fact that Iraq does not want the US there.

    ^^^6 days ago Iraq formally asked for assistance. It's hard to believe that we exited without some sort of contingency plans in a case like this. it seems so amateurish that half the country could be overrun and we are still winging it.

    Yet we are sending in help NOW. Iraq wants our help NOW. This just didn't happen in the past week. Fallujah fell to ISIS back in January. So either due to Obama's incompetence or due to he chose to let it get to this point, falls squarely on him.
