I didn't know he was a soccer mom too.
He might let Travon play however....

He is such an arrogant liar. He can't claim "Al Qaeda is on the run" any more so now he's trying to pass it off as "JV" to make the lie not look so bad. Reminds me of that Mythbusters line "I reject your reality and substitute my own".

I see that just as Oats and Gut predicted, the stock market has completely collapsed under this Muslim, socialist president.

So why wasn't the guy who started that shit not imprisoned? Huh Oats? Was W a treasonous bitch? Typical partisan hack that can't think for himself.

Ummm, I predicted the market would collapse - after it had already cratered from a financial bubble? Don't believe I made any such prediction, of course that was before anyone anticipated $3T+ pumped into the markets by the fed. I think what I expected was the economy would be pretty shitty - how's that working for ya?

Obama is a terrible POTUS. Only a partisan hack would fail to see that.

While it is quite true Barry's bad for this country, please understand that only conservatives, right-leaning libertarians, and Tea Partiers are partisan hacks.

Liberals at all times are enlightened, open-minded, and all-inclusive. Therefore by their very nature liberals are incapable of being partisan hacks.

Yes indeed...the pundits were right. With the Muslim socialist in power, the stock market would certainly crater. Remember all the venom you spewed regarding the private sector having no faith with the socialist in power? Remember Gut? Post after post after post. The American economy will collapse under this Muslim socialist. Now I will agree with you on one point. The economy will be artificially inflated with record spending. Sadly for your team, Bush spent a pile too much as well...and the economy collapsed while he was in power. Only partisan hacks and their tunnel vision can't follow the bouncing ball.

The are plenty of liberal partisan hacks. If there was a poster as brutal as Oats is on this board from the left, he/she would get the same treatment from me. However, this site only has partisan hacks from the right.

That is called MSNBC. I agree with you that this board leans right, if not heavily right. But after the last few years in living in the current administration and the potential of a Hillary! administration what do you expect? The USA has completely lost its way, aside from Montgomery Co. Md, Fairfax and Loudon Co's, VA the economy has never recovered. Our labor participation is at historic lows, and our government interference is at historic highs.

Oh good lord, are you going to try to argue economics with me again? You've been gone a long time - you must have read and misunderstood a ton of books during your absence.

Everything I "spewed" about the private sector not liking Obama's policies is true - every real businessmen knows this. If you read actual financial and business pubs, you would know this.

What you are talking about is the markets, which is a different animal. It has been considerably juiced by historically easy Fed policies, including an unprecedented $3T+ cold, hard cash in QE pumped into the markets.

And for the record, I never said the markets would crash. I never said the economy would collapse (although, some day, our spiraling debt levels are going to cause some serious pain that makes the Obamaconoy look like goldilocks). Typical liberal bullshit of strawmen and hyperbole, trying to win arguments by making up things that were never said (and, yet, still managing to lose the debate!)

Only partisan liberals don't understand economics. I'm convinced of this more and more every day I read stuff on message boards from people equally as clueless as you.

A few posters lean pretty heavily right. But most of us lean toward reality and objective observation. Most are actually libertarian, and aside from being fiscally conservative have little in common with "the right". It's amazing how the left has sought to demonize fiscally conservative policies - I keep trying to tell people understanding economics does not make one a right wing nut.

The economy remains in the dumper, with record amounts unemployed and underemployed, record amounts on disability, record amounts on food stamps, and still record amounts of government debt. This is exactly what happens when a radical regime runs roughshod over a capitalist economy with marxist policies, and that is precisely what we said would happen, and is happening. The destruction is immeasurable.

Wow, this is saying something ..........coming from the ultimate true liberal, Nat Hentoff:

WASHINGTON — Worse than Richard Nixon. An unprecedented abuse of powers. The most un-American president in the nation’s history.

Nat Hentoff does not think much of President Obama.
And now, the famous journalist says it is time to begin looking into impeachment.
Hentoff sees the biggest problem as Obama’s penchant to rule by executive order when he can’t convince Congress to do things his way.
The issue jumped back into the headlines last week when, just before his first Cabinet meeting of 2014, Obama said, “I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone … and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions.”
“Apparently he doesn’t give one damn about the separation of powers,” Hentoff told WND. “Never before in our history has a president done these things.”
And just to make sure everyone knows how extremely serious he regards the situation, the journalist added, “This is the worst state, I think, the country has ever been in.”

My rhetoric may be a tad more fiery and blunt, but based on some if not most of your posts, Gut, I'd say you tend to lean just as far as the rest of us "bad" right-wingers. ;)

With all due respect, "libertarian" is to conservative as "progressive" is to liberal. Just euphemisms for those who are a bit too skittish to call a spade a spade.

I'm mostly only conservative with regard to economic policy - not even sure that's fair as my economics don't reflect a political view but rather conservatives hold similar economic views. I don't see a big difference on progressive issue between libertarians and liberals, the logic might be different but the positions are largely the same.

I don't comment on much outside of economics, but I'm actually fairly progressive (if not indifferent) on most social issues and otherwise a a free market guy. I'm not a conservative, but my fiscal and economic views prevent me from supporting liberals, nor are there many on the Republican side that actually walk the talk.

The day you learn to do arithmetic correctly will be your first...so sorry, you have proven your ineptitude in arithmetic a few times on this board, so I wouldn't trust what you have to say on economics (a highly mathematical field) until you learn basic mathematics.
