Disgusted With Obama Administration.

It's designed to mislead Fox viewers into thinking unemployment didn't go down.

If only we could get that number down from 8.6 to 8.8 or 8.9...:)

It didn't go down; it's just that another 300,000 were excluded from the calculation --- it is about as bad as it ever has been under bho, which is horrendous to say the least, especially when compared to Mr. Bush.

    Naw...to the leftees, Bush's 6.3% is far worse than BHO's 9.2%.

Of course. No chance it's just a farking typo, right?

So you're suggesting that the folks at Fox make charts like that by hand instead of inputting it into something like Excel or whatever that does the numbers automatically?

It's a graphics program, Pants. The same as is used by every single network...and every single network has multiple instances of screwed up graphic slides making their way to the air.

But let's just say for fun that you're right, and FNC is deliberately trying to brainwash the masses here. According to you people, the typical FNC viewer isn't too keen on Bam anyway...regardless of the UE rate. So, what's the point?

Couple that with the fact that there are six other networks, viewed by about four times as many people who skew their stories the opposite direction every single day, and I'm not seeing anything to get all that jiggy over here...other than sticking to the "I must have a stiffy for all things Fox News 24/7" mantra.

You didn't read that did you?

"The report also said he and some top staffers tried to silence people who have spoken out against the sheriff's office by arresting people without cause, filing meritless lawsuits against opponents and starting investigations of critics.

One example cited by the Justice Department is former top Arpaio aide David Hendershott, who filed bar complaints against attorneys critical of the agency along with bringing judicial complaints against judges who were at odds with the sheriff. All complaints were dismissed."

You're okay with that sort of behavior?

Sheriff Joe is getting a taste of how they do it, "Chicago style". My hunch is that dog won't hunt in the deserts of the Southwest.

If Holder spent as much time trying to catch illegal aliens as he spends on trying to jail those chasing the illegals, we wouldn't have such an immigration problem. But then, whom would be left to receive his stash of AK-47's?

Obama signed the NDAA. Now he's really pissed me off.

I am extremely torn on this one.

On one hand my 'heart' says 'oh yeah, I don't care if you are an US citizen or not, if you are a terrorist you deserve it'.

On the other hand my head says, US citizens were given the right to a speedy trial by our own Constitution. The only thing that would alter this is an 'act of war' against the US if you either committed an act of terrorism or openly supported/were involved with terrorists.

With the language in the bill it doesn't seem to require enough 'proof' for me to be 'ok' with it.

You do know that even in Maricopa county, the vast majority of Hispanics are legal, correct?

Sure. Is that by coincidental accident, random chance, divine choice or because the sheriff of Maricopa County is enforcing the laws and thus keeping illegal people out of his jurisdiction? Sheriff Joe is the quintessential lawman to me. The fact that Holder is treating him like a criminal should make Americans question which side of justice Holder is on. This whole "Fast and Furious" situation should be opening people's eyes as to what this administration's policies are really about....and it has nothing to do with safety of Americans nor our sovereignty. Holder is an accessory to murder and should be in jail for the rest of his life.

It's mostly because of Xenophobes exaggerating a problem that currently barely exists and attempting to use it to justify violating the rights of American citizens.

So you're going with coincidental happenstance, then? Without the skillful law enforcement practices of Joe Arpaio, the fine inhabitants of Maricopa County would see no further intrusion of people here illegally. Got it.

If we don't elect Paul we probably won't even have a Constitution anymore during the next president's term.

Skillful law enforcement includes filing ridiculous charges against people that disagree?

Which justifies violation the civil rights of thousands of American citizens?

Civil rights of illegal immigrants, eh? Did you happen to notice the key word in the question?

I've got an idea. Why don't you sneak into Venezuela and when you're apprehended, I want to hear all about your civil rights after they let you out of jail...if you make it to jail. America sends those that enter our country back to where they came from and this is considered uncivil. Huh. Why not just give them a warning, offer them free education, give them free medical assistance and also hand them a Glock or an AK-47 and tell them Holder sends his best? I know, you want them to have civil rights for government handouts. My bad.

Did you read the article? The rights of American citizens have been violated. You are either OK with that or you are not. Which is it?

I read a very similar article from another website, so I stopped reading the linked one after a paragraph or so. I'll go back and read the damn thing. You do realize that Eric Holder has a hard-on for Sheriff Joe, right? I'm certain none of his biases nor scars from battles he's lost appear in his claims. But we'll see...

Edit: After reading the "charges", I find it interesting that they are upset that the Sheriff treats inmates like...well...ummm....ahem....criminals. Shocking, I know. If prison is made to be a horrible place, maybe they will cease and decist with their criminal behavior once they are set free? What's that....wearing pink? HA! Maybe they should arrest Kirk Ferenz for painting the visitor's locker room pink @ Iowa, eh? Were the inmates beaten? Were they not given 3 squares? Were they not given toilet facilities? Were they not adequately housed? I didn't see any of these charges.

The act of picking out Latinos based solely on race may have some credence, but then...if the majority of the population is Latino, then arresting a high percentage of them would seem to be in line.

Holder is on a witch hunt. Politically motivated "Chicago" extortion against a man that has been elected and re-elected over 20 years. And clearly isn't a statist liberal. Certainly, the people of his county like what he does, why doesn't Holder stick to giving guns to drug lords and criminals to shoot border agents to death. He seems pretty good at that operation.

I swear to you this POTUS is out of touch with reality or doesn't care what he does. The economy is in shambles, unemployment remains high, and the military he commands continues to dodge bullets in Afghanistan. Yet the Bammer has no problem blowing millions so he and his family can enjoy a 2-week Hawaii Christmas getaway. OK, well maybe it's not really a "Christmas" vacation for BHO, but you get the idea........

It's almost as if he and Michelle want to lose this next election and plan to enjoy as much taxpayer money as possible before they get booted to the curb.
