  Every year there is dissemination in the ranks concerning where seeds are permitted to go on each line. I think its obvious at this point that the rules as they are written are not clear enough. When you have the head wrestling AD telling people the wrong thing I think you have a problem.

  "Maybe is some of the teams at this sectional wrestled anyone or had a tougher schedule throughout the season some of these records would be better.... we will take line 12"
  
  There were many other classic lines uttered last night as well. This sectional will be the hands down funnest by far.
