Played in 11 games from 1907-1912
Good find. I’m going to keep my answers to players most have heard of. Reps for the find
Jack O'Connor also fits, but he's from the same era. Played from 1884 to 1910.
What about Brad Ausmus? He might have been late-'80s to early-'10s.
Bob Boone?

We have all the answers lol....plus two guys from 1638 you found
In honor of this thread...I’m going back through all my cards and keeping the stars that didn’t make the HOF in accordance with how big of a star they were and longevity....I’m keeping all Albert/Joey Belle cards and only a few Mo’s....keeping this one because he looks svelte

That IS pretty trim for Mo.
As much as his MVP pissed me off, I always thought he was cool growing up. He has a "branding" on his shoulder, and it made me want to get one when I was old enough to leave the country (they're not legal as a service in the US).
There's a shot of it.
The branding on his arm is his college fraternity, pretty sure. (Omega Psi Phi)

That may be. I never dug into it much. Just saw it and thought branding looked cool.
Never ended up doing it, because once I was old enough to do so, it didn't sound like a good idea anymore. LOL
Question #152
This longtime infielder played 22 seasons, played for 6 teams and was a 6x all-star....but 5x for same team. Finished top 6 MVP in back to back seasons and won a couple gold gloves. Best counting stats are HR, RBI and games played.
Name him
posted by cat_loverHow about Tim Mc Carver? I think he started in the 50's and i know he was catching in the late 70's not sure if he made it to 1980.
I just noticed this. Nice catch, cat.

I feel like there's a LOT of flexibility for this. My first guess is Nettles, assuming this is not a HOFer.
McGriff?
Miguel Tejada?
Jeff Kent?
