I'm going to go with Jim O'Rourke.  I think I saw something quirky about his seasons the other day.

It’s him. He was active leader for 2 seasons back about 1885 and then Cap Anson passed him for next 12 seasons, Cap retired. O’Rourke came back in 1904 and pitched a game at like age 53.....(Beat the Reds lol)

I’ll answer Clemente....wanted to say Musial/DiMaggio 

Willie Mays seems like the best answer. I know Brett had 20 triples and HR....assume the doubles machine topped 20

You've got two of them right there.

Mays had 26 doubles, 20 triples, and 35 homers in 1957.

Brett had 42 doubles, 20 triples, and 23 homers in 1979.

The third, obviously, is from pre-1940s.
