Yeah, that definitely reminded me of the 2016 NCAA Championship

Thanks for bringing that up. My sister died when I was 14, you want to talk about that next? You know, since we're bringing up things that ruin my day.

So similar it’s not funny.
At least this one didn’t mean jack in the grand scheme of things.
It didn’t seem real in the video of it. It was very odd due to the crowd and even the announcers. Berry makes huge tying shot and less than 8 actual seconds later the heartbreaker goes through the net on the other end. Rare to not have a timeout, commercials, review....just BOOM, dagger.
The brackets are going to be awful. 25 in round one will be incredible, 23 will likely be very very good

When I get 32/32, I'm gonna gloat so much!
And give as much proof as Tiernan did about being in New Orleans or wherever for that bowl game. You'll all just have to take my word on it!

You are a solid picker but regardless I’d trust you doing 32/32 before I trust that tiernan was within 600 miles of that game

Really would've liked to see Joel and Theo win their last game in the Dean Dome. They've been a part of a special class that really held the program together during the academic issue. When Newton let that shot go, I just looked away because I knew it was going in.
Carolina was sleepwalking for about 25 of the 40 minutes last night. I guess I'll chalk it up to the emotion of Senior Night and having a few days off. Gotta win at Cameron now, or they most likely won't get a double bye in the ACCT.
All things considered, though, pretty decent season so far after losing Jackson, Hicks, Meeks, and Bradley and having a lot of question marks going into this year. Hopefully they react well to that heartbreaking loss and finish strong.
Iowa and Illinois combined for 117 2nd half points today in first round B1G play.
Heard a great analogy about the Big 10 tournament today. Buddy said it'd be like having the Toledo high school basketball district tournament in the Q. Lol sure it'd be cool to play on the same court Lebron does but it's incredibly out of the way for any of the schools to go to.
I don't think anyone can disagree with it being cool to play in MSG, and I think the week off is a nice benefit, but it is completely illogical to have a school tournament hundreds of miles from any of the campuses but one. Indy, Chicago and Detroit are all makeable drives for most of us, yet NYC is an 8.5 drive for me and I am right off the Ohio Turnpike and further east than most of the schools in the league. Problem is with that most people would have to fly to make it feasible except for the local alumni bases in the city, yet during the holidays most of these hardcore fans flew to bowl games to support their school

Why are you the way you are?
He's right. It's stupid to have it here then the Big East tourney follow it in the same venue.
Detroit, Indy, Chicago....hell even Columbus should be their venue choices.
NYC is dumb. But the venue isn’t quite as bad as the decision to move the schedule up a week. That was idiotic.
Guess I just meant the constant comparisons of professional sports to Toledo-area sports. Lol

When that’s all you can draw on...
Indy or Chicago. Period,
Indiana led Rutgers 24-8 then forgot to score and trailed 29-28 at the half. Rutgers leads 36-33 with 16 to go.
What the hell happened in this game. Indiana is just fully melting down
So is Miller guilty or not?
Louisville not living the good karma

If he's not, I hope he sues the shit out of ESPN.
Rutgers beats Indiana.
Officiating in this Sparty/Wisky game is atrocious.
How is Texas a last four in? Lol they’re 17-13 and are losing late to WVU

Because 8 of the 13 losses are against top 50 RPI teams and they've won 5 games vs RPI top 50 games. And also every team on the bubble is going to have a shitty resume' this year.
