And every turnover is replayed. So either way it was getting looked at. Just horrible.

I see what happened.  They put the Parkersburg CBS feed on channel 10(in adddition to the normal channel 5).  Channel 10 is normally the Columbus CBS feed.  The Local Pkbg station people must have complained to the Suddenlink people and got them to switch it so they could get exclusivity.

Gotta challenge that.
