I'm hoping Benjamin Allbright's comment is correct and he doesn't make it TO the bye.
Who would they give it to? Haley?

Haley or Williams since they both have HC experience. And I don't know that I'd want it to be Haley since his offense couldn't generate shit for 2.5 quarters against one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Williams' defense was nothing to write home about but at least they generated 4 turnovers to keep the team in the game.
So disappointing that his team has been so close in 6 out of 7 games only to get "Hue'd."
Cleaning up 80% of their bullshit/undisciplined penalties would be a start in the right direction.
There are reports that Hue is going to take over play calling.

Different personnel I know....but watching the game a lot of it didn’t feel like a Haley called game.
I know Haley has coached before but I never thought Bruce Arians was worth a darn as an OC but then was a pretty good HC. I’d guess Haley better than Hue but so are most of you Browns fans
Anyone is Better than Hue as HC. I’d rather have classy HC’ing the browns. It really isn’t a debate: Hue needs canned, and all reports out of Cleveland are confirming Dorsey and Haslam are through with him and he will be fired tomorrow.
Sucks we had to waste half a season to realize what most of us already knew.
Where are you all seeing these reports?
So the kicker misses an XP, then misses a 40 yarder to win, then gets another shot and cans a 59 yarder. I'm happy for him that he saved his job.
But why can't we ever have a story like that?
We now have the second longest road losing streak in NFL history.

I’ve heard the exact same thing. Apparently Haslam called hue immediately after the game and ripped hue. Hence why hue was throwing Haley under the bus in the presser. Hue is such a snake and I think everyone in the front office is realizing it. I fully expect him to be shit canned today

Yeah, it's been all over that Hue's on borrowed time and he's trying to throw up a "Hail Mary" by weaseling his way into play calling duties to try to save his ass.
Today is his birthday and I couldn't think of a better gift for him than a pink slip.

I don't see how him calling his own plays will make him look better to Haslam. The big issue is how will it hurt Baker's growth.

Oh, I get the Baker's growth part, which is a major concern. If Hue takes over play calling and, for some strange reason, they have more success, he can say "see, I never needed an OC and can do this myself." He can throw that back on Sashi saying he never had the players to succeed as a play caller but now, with Baker & Company, he does.

I just want Haslam to let Dorsey do what he wants. I hate that he made Dorsey have Hue in the first place, but he needs to let him fire him now.

You're preaching to the choir. Most people were thrilled when the Hue hire was made but over time we see that he might be a good coordinator but know he is a horrible HC. He needs to find a team when he isn't in charge. He's shown his true colors as a sniveling rat who will throw anyone under the bus to save his own skin.
Was so mad yesterday I didn’t look at much. So I just listened to Hue’s presser. Dear god, what a gigantic piece of shit. Straight threw Haley and some players under the bus, ran them over, and then reversed back over them. It’s crazy to think that his worst trait might actually be that he’s a scumbag, with coaching as a near second.
Dorsey better this guy TODAY. I won’t watch another second until he’s done.
This is pretty bad. Browns have enough talent to win more than they are and he’s beyond needing to go.....and now he’s being slimy too.
Wasteful to have great 1st round draft picks with Mr. Irrelevant as the coach.
Another thing that pisses me off about hue is the fact he was too busy throwing Haley under the bus then defending his fucking QB from that helmet to helmet hit. Fuck that dude I really really hope he gets shit canned today. He’s worse than Jeff Fisher

To make it worse, he actually said “I’m not getting into the refs. I think they do a good job.” When asked about that helmet to helmet hit. Way to defend your QB, Hue, you cocksucker.

Really? That's absurd. Take the fine and call out the shitty officiating over the season so far. What a lousy way to stand up for your players. Myles Garrett, who barely talks, had to bring it up because his coach won't.

He said “I’m not getting into the refs. They do the best they can out there.”
If I’m an assistant or player I’m not showing up to work til he’s gone.
He's gutless and actually thinks he's GOOD at his job. I know it's the NFL but if all of us were at our jobs and we only did them right 3x's out of 39 or 40 or whatever his total number is, we'd be looking for new jobs. His leash has been WAY too long.

That's absurd. Kirksey just tweeted the hit and said "I guess we play against the other teams and the refs"... He'll be getting fined but good

Hue knows he is getting canned so he’s trying to avoid the fine for speaking out against the refs. He’s also a shameless POS which is why he’s not sticking up for his players and instead trying to say the offense is struggling because he isn’t calling plays.
