That sack by Bosa was ridiculous
That sack by Bosa was ridiculous
Good blocking when it mattered the most
Can’t be that miserable on defense and beat a good team on the road
Why the fuck didn’t Pittsburgh take a safety there?
Yea, was wondering the same.
I actually thought it was one of the better officiated games I've seen.
That defense, or lack thereof, was inexcusable.
So tired of having the most overrated HC in all of sports history. That's his defense. LAC bent them over every which way they wanted.

It was shocking. Of course, LAC defense was almost as bad.
Normally we have to wait for the playoffs to see a complete defensive collapse like this. But Tomlin gave us an early preview!

Always worse when great individual play (the Heyward tip INT) and blocked punt almost mask what is a terrible gameplan and scheme by the coaching.
Didn't watch but it sounds like there were a few dirty shots in this game. How in the Hell did Heyward not get ejected for clearly flipping Herbert over then punching him in the stomach? Let's see if the league does anything about it. Doubtful.

I’ll keep saying it…..the officiating is as bad as I’ve ever seen it.

The rules. The rules are just bad. At least for the QB stuff. It would be impossible to get those roughing/late hit calls correct in real time. They need to lift the protections a bit on them and make it easier on these guys.
Holy shit Detroit. My god
Up 14-13, Bears driving deep and clock running down. Thought he would take a timeout at 2:20 after Bears ran a first down play from the 20…he didn’t. After the two minute break Bears gain a yard and timeout at 1:54. It’s now 3rd and 9 coming out of a timeout….the Lions then can’t figure out the defensive call on 3rd down and have to burn another timeout (illegal) and now 3rd and 9 is 3rd and 4….the easy down and distance helped them pick up the first down. Then as Bears are simply just downing the ball on 1st down to run clock down to nothing (knowing they’ll do it until 4th down) Detroit again can’t get their shit together and burn their last timeout before Chicago’s 1st down play.
Defensive coaches were going ape shit on the back to back timeouts (which basically sealed the game)
Crazy
Detroit would have been better off if halftime was a Travis Scott show instead of Big Sean or whoever.
Too soon?
The Raiders clock management with 2:40 left was either asinine or attempting to throw the game….you choose
You are on their 40 yard line with a 1st down and could’ve snapped it at 2:04 and play would’ve been at 2:00 warning regardless, instead they fly up and snap with like 2:28 and then AGAIN fly up to the line and reds ass up a call (huge shock) but just let the gd clock go down to 2:00
2nd down should’ve been at the 2:00 mark but instead they kicked a FG on 4th down and Cowboys had 1:57 left AND 2 timeouts. Crazy
These penalties these guys are calling snd some of the stuff the Raiders are doing (meaningless block in the back on punt in OT)….looks great and fun on paper but IMO has been poorly played and coached.
I’ve watched the NFL for 40 years and for 35 of them I’ve watched a lot….the vast majority of every game shown on whatever night on my standard channels….can’t say I remember any Bills vs Saints games
Interesting stat....
Since the start of the 2020 season:
Player A: 79 carries, 254 yards rushing, 2 TD
Player B: 79 carries, 254 yards rushing, 2 TD
Who is player A and who is B?

BM and Barkley?

Yep. Not that the Barkley stats are surprising (with injuries) but was surprised Mayfield actually ran for that many yards.
Awful quiet in here today. Where's all the Steelers talk?

I’m on Twitter. Easier to lose this way though….a complete suck between coaching, o-line, QB, receivers 8 drops! And of course defense. I now realize that I like Joe Haden more than I thought because his replacement is funny bad.

Looked like a game that made me glad I was visiting my mom. Because she has Dish and her CBS affiliate is one of the local channels owned by some fuckstick company who's pulled all of their stations off Dish due to wanting to drive up rates or whatever.
Don't get me wrong -- that's a shady-ass move and whomever is most responsible for Dish not having those local stations for the past few months deserves to be tortured to insanity and then death, but I wasn't exactly upset that I "had" to watch an entertaining Bucs-Colts game instead of that colossal shitshow that essentially killed my faith that this season will end in anything other than total apathy on my part.
Do the Rams have any draft picks left to trade to shore up their defense?
So…who will win the AFC North QB of the week?

Tough years are ahead. Ben should retire the Monday after week 17. Those wounded duck throws are a clear sign....he's fucking done.
As far as the defense, I'm still at a loss for words.

I've witnessed solid Browns defenses start to get shredded as the weeks go on. At some point, when you know the QB and offense is done, its impossible to keep playing well.
