Urban Meyer is the new coach of the Jaguars.
Also, this is the lowest payroll team he’s coached since Utah lol

Steelers cleaning house on a bunch of coaches, except the one that truly matters.
I'm sure Tomlin will be able to attract a bunch of quality guys to play for a likely lameduck that's never developed a singled coach anyone wanted. Should be one hell of a clusterfuck next year.

A LT and RB in the draft and they could be right back in the mix. But, like you said, Tomlin.
Get that OL turned around and they could be an NFL offense again. But you probably saw where Claypool said Tomlin's approach to the CLE game was a battle of field position. Couldn't make that up and if you hadn't watched Tomlin the past 10 years.

Haven’t recovered since losing Munchak
Jets hire Saleh from San Fran.

He was probably one of the top candidates out there, along with Daboll from BUF.

And their OL wasn't very good before Munchak. I think they had gone through 3 OL coaches in 4 years before him.

Rah rah
Saleh finished second to Stefanski in the Browns coaching search last year. Heard nothing but good things.

A "rah rah" coach without much in way of situational coaching skills has worked fairly well for Pittsburgh (Tomlin).

Have heard the same....but man he seems the rah rah type. We’ll see. Definitely a guy players will want to play for.

Ehh, they've continued to be pretty good in the regular season, thanks to a HOF QB and GM. But he hasn't done squat in the playoffs without Cowher's players and coaches.
A lot of Steeler fans hoping Tomlin gets traded for a sack of potatoes.

I hear this a lot. Not to mention some of the issues he's had with the diva WR's/culture. Have to wonder if that stuff would happen on Cowher's watch.

A players coach is what he is considered, and that generally means the inmates run the asylum.
I havent called for MT's head, until now. I believe his voice is just not resonating any longer in the organization and the franchise needs to move on.
To me...Tomlin gets one more chance.
Divisional titles aren’t what it’s about and it’s likely he won’t be getting any more of those
Von Miller under criminal investigation by Parker police department but no further information given. There’s some speculation about some disturbing text messages he sent his ex-fiancé.
Philip Rivers has retired.
Watson to the Jets...maybe?

Wow....Steelers interviewing Hue Jackson for their vacant OC role.
Also having Dwayne Haskins in for a visit.

Heh, Haskins being in the mix potentially was something I was thinking about the minute he was released. Talented guy, but immature and was initially saddled with the clownshow WFT and their horribly-run organization.
Talent-wise, a definite upgrade over Rudolph as the back-up/heir apparent/next year's starter if Ben decides to follow Rivers and probably Brees into the sunset. Maturity would be the issue -- if he learned from going from 1st round pick to being cut over 1.5 years or not.
Steelers sign Haskins to a 1 year deal.

The guy from CBS Radio (Pittsburgh) is often on the local Cleveland CBS affiliate (92.3) and said he would feel confident with Haskins/Rudolph/Dobbs starting the season as Pittsburgh's QB's. As a Browns fan, so would we. lol
So would this mean Roethlisberger is officially done, in Pittsburgh anyways?
