Some painfully awkward scenes though.

That's really my only complaint.  Some of the scenes were unnecessarily, errrrr, vivid.

And the other thing I'd change - Havi is a pretty good psychopath, but I wish he had a little more panache.  The way it's written/acted is probably more realistic, but it's cartel....occasionally you have to throw in some depraved torture.

Yeah…..season 1 and season 2 each had a few unnecessary scenes

Not been easy to predict. Keeps you surprised or at least intrigued

I need to go back and rewatch as well. It's kinda nice that they're wrapping it up in 4 seasons.

Knocked out the new Reacher on Prime. Not the greatest acting, but thought it was a good show, especially if you read the books.

I watched two episodes of Reacher and three in the towel.  It reminded me of Road House without acknowledging it’s over the topness. The guy who plays Reacher is about as compelling as a pile of sand.

The last 3 episodes of Book of Boba Feta were awesome. Makes we wonder what the hell were they doing with those first four episodes.

I'm watching Billions as well. They are making a nice change up with the main characters.

Also started Archive 81 on Netflix. 1 episode in and its a nice creepy 90s style horror devil cult show.

+1. I was about to give up, but I'm back now. Mando/Grogu saved it.

Watched the Tinder Swindler last night. Solid watch.

Final ep was just OK.   5-6 really got the hopes up as I believe the SW generation yearns for those original characters in any way possible!

Obi Wan starts 25 May.   No shows to really watch between now and then.

Yeah, it was OK. Not great. That show was frustrating as it seems like it was 2 shows in 1 and just mislabeled. Should have been the Mandalorian: the Chapter of Boba Fett.

I am watching Peacemaker on HBO Max. It is fine as it has its moments.

Peacemaker ended yesterday on HBO Max. Outside of Loki, it is probably the best superhero show out there. James Gunn directed about half the episodes and the finale was funny as hell.

Late April for the final episodes of Ozark.

Lost in Space (3 seasons) on Netflix was actually surprisingly entertaining.  Aside from the dangers they're routinely thrown into go from bad to worse to impossible, only to Macgyver their way out of things....the story arc is actually decent.

Late April for the final episodes of Ozark.

Love it is so soon.

I expect chaos. We saw the Byrds in a crash to start the season. When was that and did they survive is a great question.

I caught the new old Law and Order return this week. As my wife said, felt like any other law and order, which I guess is the point.

IMO, none of the Byrdes can die or Marty has failed and the whole premise of the show has failed. Every single move Marty has made was to get his family out, if one of them dies, Marty failed.

That was fucking amazing. Maybe the wildest thing I’ve ever seen in live TV. Will Smith is looney, and also quite narcissistic.

No idea what you were talking about, so I googled.

First impression was Chris Rock absolutely deserved it.  Second thought was how in hell does Will Smith slap him instead of a closed fist to the jaw?

Also, Jada Pinkett is a little messed up.  I won't judge your open relationship, I just think it's weird to talk about it with your mom and daughter in podcasts.

I don’t get the Chris Rock hate on this. He’s a comedian, and they are there to roast each other or the celebs as presenters. Wills a comedian, he knows how it works.

If Jada had cancer, over the line. She has Alopecia…come on. I can’t make fun of LeBrons reversing hairline anymore? Like is comedy that dead that we cannot make fun of someone who is bald and doesn’t want to be?

…also, Will thought it was funny AF until Jada gave him the look.
