I did do King-Ding-a-Ling. Went over Thursday evening to get my allotment of cans. Good thing. I heard they sold out of Dragonsaddle cans on Saturday. Great lineup this year. I was there rocking an A.C Slater jersey and wig.
Was drinking these this weekend.

I went to. Picked up my allotment on Friday. Enjoyed the bands. Stayed until about 5:30. The guest draft were pretty good. I liked Gemini the best

We took a party bus. We had a group of 15. We got there about 12:30 and left about 6:30. The Mortalis blew before I got to it.

Oh yea! Now I remember. I had it, just forgot to check it in.
Columbus brewing Devil's Kush is BEER CRACK!! That is all.
VIENNA: Beer Party is polling at 12%.
Policies include:
🍺 A beer fountain for Vienna
🍺 New 50% tax on Radlers and "other atrocities"
🍺 Monthly barrel of beer to Austrian households (50L per adult, 20L per child)
🍺 Radler buyback programme, exchanging Radlers for real beer https://t.co/FIcwmOU6wa— Tom Moylan (@moylato) October 10, 2023
Will be pouring my first and likely second Hopslam of 2023.
First time at Hoof Hearted (taproom, not brewery)
^^^^^ What’s the name of the dish? Looks good.
It was basically a sausage gravy bowl with a bunch of stuff in it. A biscuit, potatoes, bacon, cheddar, two eggs, and a sausage link. It was very good. The sausage gravy was different, the sausage chunks were huge.
Ding!
Had an awesome morning bourbon hunting. Wife was able to get Stagg Blantons and Henry McKenna I was able to get Blantons and 2 Henry Mckenna
Started that "cooler weather" tradition I've done a bit of the last handful of years where I mix scotch, apple cider and add a bit of cinnamon. Nice sipping drink to watch TV or read or do whatever while drinking.
Hop Slammed. (Again )
I always thought that it was a seasonal release in January. It’s weird to get excited by 18 dollar a 6pack beer

Changed due to "dry January", a concept that I was not familiar with. Will be the fall release going forward.

Krogers. All Krogers and a giant Eagles in central ohio have gone to Saturday releases. Open at 9 put a sign out at 830 that lets you know what they have. 1 bottle limit of any allocated bottles. Stagg is my favorite so my wife got up and went at 4:30 to stand in line. She was 11th first 12 people got Stagg. I showed up at 7 and was 24th. I got Blantons. Then we each drove to two other Krogers and got another blantons and Henry mckennas.
Cheap box o wine. I gave up on the craft beer stuff. Too many new stuff and styles. I gave up after being a fan since 2005.

I’m kind of at this point. I use to love the IPAs and trying different ones. Some were good others weren’t. Now I just stick to what I like. Mostly witbiers and lagers.
I’m going to stop at my bottle shop Friday and hopefully find a different Goose Island Bourbon Stout variation but I’m not confident. I have a 2019 bottle I’m bringing to Thanksgiving.
Honestly, I'm getting to be where you guys are, too. Still love a good hazy/NE IPA but I'm just getting burned out on it all.
