Sorry, I can’t turn it right side up.

Picked this up at Sam’s Club.

Went to Brink and Fibonacci today. Fibonacci has a mulberry sour that is awesome.
Dankhouse is announcing something at 3pm. Hope it's expansion to Cincinnati, but I doubt that's it.

It's not an easy drive for us so we don't get there more than once or twice a year, but I like them a lot.
Made it to OtherHalf Brewing. Probably a top 3 maybe the best brewery in the USA for Hazy IPAs. It was great. I tried I think 7 beers on tap including a sour and they were all amazing. It’s not far from Manhattan so if you are in lower Manhattan or Brooklyn it’s worth an Uber or train ride
Other Half ships to Ohio. I have got a few orders from them. Great stuff.

And prices aren't bad, either.

What's the story there?
I visit Charlotte often and one of the favorites down there is OMB (Old Mecklenburg Brewery) Copper Ale.
Got a 12 pack bottles and it’s the first time I have ever seen a cap like this.
That's a wild looking cap.

I’m planning a trip to Los Angeles in about 11 months and I’m excited to try some Pliny the Elder.

Great atmosphere at that brewery, and solid German food. There are a few good breweries you can hit by walking or riding the train.
Was that cap so you didn’t need a bottle opener? I saw that kind of cap in India like 10 years and can’t believe it hasn’t been implemented more here.

Russian River is in Northern CA.
Elder is a great beer.
I enjoyed my Pliny the Younger a couple weeks ago. I got 8 bottles last year. Only 4 this year.

You can find Pliny pretty easily throughout LA, namely Whole Foods. Or so Reddit claims.
I’d love to go to the brewery though.
Wish I could get a younger dream beer
I learned today that 6 years was too long to age an Arrogant Bastard. I had a 4 year (great) skipped 5 and went to 6. This was great in theory, bad in practice. The beers I have are stored in a constant 48 degrees with zero sunlight.
Had one of these on tap at a hotel bar last night. I would get it again.
Back from another visit to Charlotte.
On the left: Cheerwine is a soda (pop) thing down South that is popular in our household. It’s a cherry cola drink. I’ll bet Iclfan2 is familiar with that “pop” ….soda. So NoDa has made a wheat beer out of it. (5.2)
Next is also NoDa (which is short for North Davidson for those who don’t know). This is a good dessert beer. Wouldn’t want to drink more than one because of the sweetness. (7.0)
And then we have the Sycamore Mountain Candy IPA. It’s pretty good. (7.5%)
