Mostly, because I JUST learned you can score a single point in football, and I want it to happen so badly.
How so? Return an XP attempt or something?

PAT or 2PT attempt, and you saftey the offense, it is 1 point. Not return it (like a TD -- that would be 2 points), but the offense somehow runs back with the ball 90ish yards, or whatever and you get a "safety" lol.
I want to see a fair catch kick. It hasn’t been done since 1976

Really? I figured with guys like Justin Tucker around it would be more common.
Also, you'd need the perfect storm for that to happen (end of half/end of game) and the fair around midfield or in.
Also, I forgot how that works. I know they have the option of a dropkick or a placekick but is it off the ground with a holder or off a tee?
Thats not true. I have seen multiple attempts in my life. Mason Crosby I for sure remember trying. Unless you mean a successful kick, then yes, its been that long.
EDIT: Found a list. It has happened 5 times in the last 20 years.

You can place kick without a tee/ with holder or dropkick.
Could you imagine a 75 yd game ender?
I remember seeing this tried many decades ago. But with the kicker legs of today……it would be interesting.
Also, Laley23: So if the offense happens to go all the way back for a safety on an XP attempt, it is 1 point?

I'd love to see the Jets give Zuerlein a chance to do something like this.
Speaking of drop kick…….when I was little, I used to practice that. It takes some pretty good coordination.
Some teams used to use that for an extra point kick.

Correct. The only real time or real way this could happen is like that college game where the fumble kept getting kicked and fumbled all the way back. And the offense falls on it in the endzone or it goes out of bounds thru endzone.
I guess one other would be a fumble or int for defense, but caught at the last minute and fumbles it then it’s recovered by offense and tackled in endzone. But I’m not sure if the change of possession mid try would effect that at all??
I can’t imagine any other scenario where the offense is in possession and runs all the way back that far and gets safetied.
Watson spoke with the media. Says it's some kind of "micro tear." Sounds like he can throw but not get enough behind it. I don't expect to see him against the Colts from how it sounded.
Stefanski's comments, and the organization (as usual) dropped the ball on this. He hasn't been ready to play (functionally/at a high level) since this injury occurred.
It also sounds like this isn't a pain tolerance issue. Watson said he can deal with the pain. It sounds like this has more to do with not knowing where the ball will go and being able to make the throw than pain.
Well now, sounds like Watson is going to practice today.
Likely a bad omen but my wife (on her own) picked up Cleveland’s defense for fantasy…so if bad things happen, I’m sorry.
Sounds like Watson went full go today with the 1's and looked normal. Stefanski said how he responds over the next 48 hours will determine whether he goes on Sunday.
My 17 year old wanted to go to an away game for his Christmas present...
So we are heading to Indy this weekend, leaving tomorrow after the OSU/PSU game, getting a hotel and going to the stadium to see the sites/tailgate early.
First time I've gone to an away game myself as well.

Defense taking a shit? Gonna lose to Minshew?
Help me out. Garrett has been crazy lol. On the punt block was it legal because he jumped between the center and the lineman and not directly over either?
The effort by the TE and the lineman on the strip of the QB in the end zone….lol that was so
That can never happen. At least make him throw you to the side.
And then Colts don’t even put anyone on him and try a quick hitter right at him? The fuck are they thinking.
Other recommending sporting strategies :
Prolly ought to guard Steph Curry on the perimeter and don’t pump fastballs down the middle to Bryce Harper
Colts have done some really good things in this game….but they have been shook in dealing with Garrett, aren’t even thinking straight
