With the legal tampering period starting at 12pm, we should hear of some commitments over the next few days.

They restructured Watson's contract to free up significant cap space.

Resigned Takitaki (1 year) and Ethan Pocic (3 years). Sounds like it was between them and the Niners on Hargrave.

Just so you don't feel like you are talking to yourself. What can I say, but you're welcome!

I didnt know anything about either of these guys. Glad to see they have good grades and sounds like Tomlinson was a coveted guy throughout the league. More wary of Okoronkwo and his injuries (like 5 times on PUP/IR). But coming off his healthiest and most productive year. And will be opposite the best player he has ever played with.

The OBR has a new guy who is kind of a salary cap guru and he projected both of these signings off of cost, metrics, etc so I've had some familiarity with them for weeks. Okoronkwo was new to me but have been aware of Tomlinson's game for a while.

Tomlinson is kind of weird because he can play either the 1 or the 3. In NY he was more of a run stuffer where the Vikings had him rushing the QB so it sounds like he could switch back & forth, depending the need.

Still  think they need a WR (deep threat), another IDL, LB and a safety and they should be in better shape.

Seeing on the Jets board that the Browns might be interested in Elijah Moore.

Definitely a name that's been thrown around on the OBR.

Plus the Browns had expressed interest in acquiring him last year.

With the Jets getting Lazard, and possibly Randall Cobb, he could be available for trade.

Got the safety. Now another IDL, a LB and a burner at receiver then draft BPA for depth.

Also signed IDL Maurice Hurst on a 1 year "prove it" deal. Solid pass rusher but missed 2022 with an injury.

This is definitely a "throw shit up against the wall/hope you find lightning in a bottle" type signing as Hurst hasn't played significant snaps since 2019 so he may not even make the squad. Think Malik McDowell signing from a few years ago. Low risk/high reward type potential.

Would prefer Elijah Moore. Likely wouldn't cost as much. And if Rodgers gets all of his band back together in NY, I could see Moore or Corey Davis being available.

Top OL when healthy. But they need some depth added.

Need better play out of the tackles too.

Also added Marquise Goodwin at WR today. Hopefully that's the end of the Anthony Schwartz experiment.

Get another starting DT, a rotational DE and maybe a LB and they're done. Add depth in the draft. The Elijah Moore trade might have been a blessing as outside of DPJ, Newsome and Emerson, Berry's drafts haven't been good.
