Unelected Marxist board to force you to pay what they say you should pay ...................  the onslaught is never-ending

The "Save Local Restaurants" coalition led by the National Restaurant Association and other industry groups has raised about $12.7 million to oppose implementation of California's FAST Recovery Act. The new law would create a council to set a minimum wage for quickservice restaurants that could rise as high as $22 per hour by next year.

I feel like the upcoming Dr. Oz - Fetterman debate will likely be the funniest thing on TV that night.

“When asked why I would risk my future with arrest and a criminal record, I always reply: what future? If I don’t take peaceful action to demand change, I don’t see a future for myself or people of my generation,” Anna Holland, Just Stop Oil activist and student at Newcastle University, said.

Another clown show race. Do most Americans realize the House and Senate are full of absolute dumb asses?

Yes, I think they do.  It’s the extremes that rule - as always.  98% of people would never vote for AOC - for example.  Yet here with are forced to listen to her nonsense (even though she has no true influence) on a daily basis.

I think they do,  but are willing to convince themselves otherwise so they can "belong" to something (the red team or the blue team).

Sad part is, it doesn't really matter because very few vote their conscience or represent their constituents.  They get in line and vote the party agenda, or the party primaries them.

Not any better argument for returning more and more power to the states.  You'd think surrendering your local rights to a national platform is something most voters would reject.

It really is.  Just like sports.  People just want to be part of a winning team.

With the sad reality being that they're so involved in yelling that their team is the winning one that they don't have the self-awareness to realize both teams are big losers that suck to a degree that Thursday night abomination between Indy and Denver looks pretty good in comparison.

So babies do feel pain in the womb.  Anyways this may present a dilemma for the left.  What to do when a women wants to abort her baby because she believes its transgender?

That's usually what I do.  I don't get a response.

In probably the most predictable/signaled political development in several years, Tulsi Gabbard has left the Democratic party.

Now the question is if she'll run (and for what office) as an Independent, Repub or Libertarian.

Calling the Dems "an elite cabal...stoking anti-white racism" seems a little bit MAGA....

The democratic party has been the way it is for many, many years.  So why now?  Could this be - might I be so bold to suggest - a political stunt?  It's unthinkable!!!

I think it's gotten much worse in the last 5 or so years. Just like the extreme right/MAGA is a pretty new development in the Repubs.

Not sure why it's a "stunt" when it's been pretty clearly signaled for the last 2 years.  Yes, it was "timed" but she didn't declare as a Repub.
