So what’s the prediction on the Ukraine invasion? This gonna last awhile?

I think this will go on until late August/early September, where there will be a sudden withdrawal. It will be announced that Trump ushered a deal that led to the withdrawl. This will be used to fuel the crushing blow for the Dems at the mid-terms.

This is just a prediction.

LOL ..... figures you would fall for CNN's spin.

Yeah, it really takes a lot of "spin" to draw a conclusion from his own personal quotes that leave exactly nothing to the imagination. Such as...

“I went in yesterday and there was a television screen, and I said, ‘This is genius,’ ” Trump continued. “Putin declares a big portion of the Ukraine — of Ukraine. Putin declares it as independent. Oh, that’s wonderful. So, Putin is now saying, ‘It’s independent,’ a large section of Ukraine. I said, ‘How smart is that?’ And he’s gonna go in and be a peacekeeper. That’s strongest peace force … We could use that on our southern border.”

Don't watch CNN.  Read it in the Daily Mail - a Trump friendly rag.  It's not a new story.  He's been sucking Putin's ass since he first met him.

As I've said many times, I don't see Biden as a worth adversary of Putin.  But Trump sure as hell wasn't either.  Neither was Obama, W, Bubba or probably Bush Sr.  That's a major problem with our modern politics.  We've got these elected personalities who don't know shit about the world and lack the wisdom to lock horns with a crafty Russian like Putin.

You obviously fell asleep from '17 - '20.   Don't feel bad though, many believed what they were told instead of observing themselves what actually occurred.

JFC ..... he was speaking to the efficacy of Putin's maneuvers, not agreeing with the criminal actions.

Yes, but it was an incredibly stupid and reckless thing to say.  Which is typical Trump...

There's nothing quite as hilariously sad as a dude who's blatantly party before country trying to lecture others about paying attention to what is happening instead of simply listening to others while, at the same time, putting a comically lazy spin on actual comments made by someone.

Speaking of student loans, libs MAD at Manchin.

But, of course, the far left is just as responsible for the failure to compromise (nevermind not a single Repub) because Manchin had been very open to a smaller bill.

You have a serious problem when you can't accept $1.5T of free shit, on top of all the other excess in the infrastructure bill that did pass.  But expect no less from a group led by a former bartender.

What is hilarious is the guy who favors marching a free republic toward socialism lecturing those who support the party that favors retaining and defending the constitutional republic.  Do tell:  How do you do that move?

"Drrrrrrr....you disagree with me; you socialist!"

For fuck's sake, at least try with your rebuttals so it doesn't feel like a complete waste of time.

Stick with Pittsburgh sports, you're a little insightful there.

Then perhaps you should stick to talking about the proper beer and classic rock to go with an evening cookout. At least with a topic like that, you'll be able to give original thoughts instead of regurgitating the daily extreme right-wing talking points.

I guess we're going to keep supporting Russia, and not reopen our drilling, go back to energy independence, and drive the price down to hamstring Putin.

By their actions and deeds, it has been clinton and biden who are the Russian assets.

Boy he was hopped up on stimulants last night for sure.

I agree, we are buying $50 million a day of Russian oil.  GTFOH with what he said.

The irony of the dems clapping for funding the police and closing the border was as bad as it gets.

I already know the answer, but curious, if there anything Biden said last night that some on here actually agreed with or supported?

I thought there were some olive branches to the Republicans.

Oh he played the moderate for sure.  All of it coming off as completely hypocritical to what the WH has been doing.  Its like he had that speech written by his campaign managers instead of the talking heads in the WH.

I didn't see it but heard a clip where he said we are not going to defund police, we are going to fund them.  LOL, but if true, good.  What a bullshitter.

Two days ago he was walking around outside by himself with a mask on, then suddenly the virus was eliminated midday yesterday and he was able to walk into the chamber last night hugging and shaking hands with tons of people without a mask.  It was like a miracle.
