For what's been allowed for several years compared to what got removed last night, it's a little inconsistent.

I already did that-got the ones that matter in Orrville. Got some past Orrville greats! Now I need to branch out. Not many more to get In Orrville. I got ones that matter.

And I don't need the 10 that go to the bonfire! I already got 9 of those!!

So what you found a bunch of stark county people that could not care less about Orrville to sign something. It means absolutely nothing! You still have yet to put your money where your mouth is. Go talk to the coach and the AD. You won't because even you know it is a witch hunt. It is the season for it though.

    Lets go Riders!

If you don't have Jon Ritchie, Pat Lorson, Sue Corfman, Wayne Steiner, Mike Guster, and Greg Roadruck on that list....then you truly don't have the "one's that matter" in Orrville.

Yep. you can have 1,000 signatures it means nothing and it should mean nothing. You want to fire a guy that has his team still fighting in week 10 with nothing but pride on the line? The thing you don't understand is that pride is a big thing but I am sure you know that from all of your playing days.

Nobody is trying to fire him. Just removed from head coach. He can stay a coach just not head coach. He needs to learn from someone that knows how to shape a program. A few years under that person and maybe he could be a good coach.

Go to You tube and type in "Norwayne speech" go to the very first video and tell me that's not a guy you would run through a wall for! Mr. Harbour is an assistant again at Northwest. These guys are out there!

I watched it...I have heard better but it was good. I noticed he used Orrville in the speech three or four times. Riders this is how you are looked at from the outside. They are getting ready to play for a state championship and you are still on the coaches mind. Very powerful! Orrville is looked at by all around us...

That Norwayne team was a once in a decade team loaded with talent. A few things went their way throughout that season and they were playing their best ball in December. Not a knock to Harbour...but the man responsible for getting that program turned around was not him...it was Maltrich. He turned the culture upside down over there and got those kids believing they could win. Harbour just came along at the right time and rode what Maltrich had built!

This is pretty accurate. Again, not that Harbour was a bad coach. But there is a reason he is again an assistant so recently after a State Championship.

And then Harbour resigned when that once-in-a-generation talent was graduated.

Athletes can sure make a coaching staff look really good! Easy to take talent for granted. Had a GREAT coach tell me once that when you have good athletes all you want to do is focus and contain! LOL! Tough season make eventual success taste that much better!

Finally an answer to one of my questions. Great. You want someone that has won it all. Outside of Harbour, who are other candidates like him? What's going to bring them to Orrville?

I would love to see him at Orrville, but as some others have pointed out, why is he only an assistant? I'm taking it that his wife is fine now. Why not take a head job? Will he be fully committed to building a program? Has he done that before? Lots of questions if you ask me.

I think the bigger question is why does "some" want our head coach to go? He leads by example, great for the city and school, role model in the community, and more...it is not his fault the talent is not enough to play with our schedule right now. Was he not in the final four a few four years ago. Was that him being covered up by his talent? I don't think so. I feel it was talent meeting good coaching. So if you are saying that has changed I will welcome a discussion until then get out of here with all your stupid talk of a coaching problem.
