    LOL, find that hard to be leave, alot of home grown boys that have been around the creek for along time and been around Waynedale football for along time. It was good for a laugh though.

    Yes! You are correct, for the most part. However, the ones that get on this forum are mostly "transplants" from places other than "around the creek". BUT, they actually have the pulse of the program...:RpS_blink: (Can you sense my sarcasm?)

    Sounds like most of it's all in fun, I enjoy the comments and hearing the difference in opinions, if everyone had the same opinion this would be a very boring site. Wish some other people from some other teams would give some in site on some other teams. My pick will be Norwayne this year, thought they would be strong with Miller and know the QB is playing well, and another big reason is they have played in some big games and know how to win. Chippawa not so sure of know they have some athletes. The big surprise has to be Northwestern whats anyone's thoughts on them? Are they for real?

    Oh by the way WACLFAN I'm pulling and predict a win by the bears this week, as should everyone in the WACL as the league has yet to beat a playoff team this year and the secondary tier points will be much needed to get a couple off to the playoffs this year. Am I wrong here? Has anyone beat a decent playoff caliber team yet. The only one that might be possible is Northwesteren win last week, I guess time will tell on that win.

    Sorry WCALfan, Triway gets this one...........I got inside info from a THS insider that we don't have a chance this week.

    Maybe you can prove me wrong ?

    Alum, you are exactly right! Hence the reason I said.."There is still A LOT of football left to play...let's just all take a deep breath and relax". What's the old saying???......The cream always rises to the top...now "observer" please don't start spewing on here that I'm saying that the Bears are the "cream". I have NOT said that yet on here...I just think we all need to have a little reality check once in awhile. Just do me a favor...take a copy of the records and stats this week in the paper and then compare them at the end of the year and let's see how it all pans out.

    YOU aren't a home grown boy but you have been around the creek for awhile (good for you) AND you haven't been around Waynedale football for a long time. You just started showing "interest" when your son started playing again a few years ago. So you know what....you are correct (can't believe I just typed that)...you are a "newbie".

    I don't have any reason to prove you wrong now...I have been doing that for the last 2 years...it is actually getting boring :RpS_flapper:

    By the way...I didn't get a chance to read the paper yet today. How did the volleyball game go last night?

    I'll never understand how so many fans of the same school can bicker so much amongst each other. I guess it's not just Orrville, anymore. Support the kids. Support your school. Speak your opinion (and respect others'). Enjoy the fact that we have a place to chat with others around the area.

    PIT, I know I am guilty of the "bickering" BUT you did say SUPPORT the kids and your school. That is the key word...SUPPORT. When people get on here and do nothing but BASH a coach....that is NOT support of any kind. Therefore, I feel it is my duty to show my SUPPORT for our coaches.

    Wcal, the only issue I have with you is the fact that you flipped out because someone said Waynedale would lose. I didn't have an agenda, or anything against Waynedale. However, you assumed I lumped you into the group that over values this team, and then will bash the coach at some point when the season doesn't go as planned. The only thing I ever stated was I don't believe, or buy into the hype that this team was receiving on here. I'm sorry you just don't lose the caliber of player at QB, and assume your going to be better. Again, I'm not saying YOU had them as league champs, but many did. Many Bear fans have yapped about this, and I'm sorry I didn't differentiate between old and new, or from The Creek or not. My point was, many people on this board had Waynedale going 10-0 or 9-1, and that just isn't the case. In regards to getting beat by Triway; I feel Waynedale will, and so would every other team in this league. There is nobody in the WCAL that has the number of athletes to stay with Triway this season. In regards to your coach, I find it a shame the way the Waynedale following bashes him, and calls for his head everytime things go ary. I think he does a fine job with what he has to work with, and did the second best job in the league last season. Don't assume that every post about Waynedale is a shot at you, or those in your circle. I, like most, don't separate and analyze a fan base. The fact is, you are in the minority, and the majority of your fans often embarrass themselves with their analysis and reactions.

    Miller is that good. The majority of his damage has been done on the outside....not on the interior. Unfortunately it's difficult to say where the Cats are heading. The competition to this point has been horrible. I've seen a lot of CVCA teams and this one was by far the worst. I wouldnt give the QB job to Dreher just yet. If he takes too many hits odds are he wont hold up. I believe the Zollinger kid is off of suspension. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I expect Ontario to be a little better then the last two opponents. Maybe this Friday will give us some idea if we are a contender or not!

    LMAO, does your "insider" think should even play the game? Maybe your insider should give Waynedale a call an see if the want to cancel since they have no chance of winning. Maybe save the call an just tell him make sure they show, pretty sure there will be a game! Love it!
