Dover vs SVSM State Semifinal @ Massillon
-
Crimson and Gray HairWell, here it is guys! But at CCC? Nothing wrong with the site except, "Did you see how many people were at Fawcett last night?"
Come on!! -
wes_mantoothTrue...and for a urban, private school...svsm draws pretty well
-
bases_loadedNot enough seats, no parking, and the damn field is a mile from the fans.
-
september63This is a bad, bad decision by the OHSAA. Am I surprised? NO. Bad decisions are what they seem to do!!
-
riders1Poor choice of venues ! D3 at Central and the same night a D5 at Fawcett. These 2 sites should have been reversed.
-
bases_loadedTHIS GAME IS NOW AT Paul Brown Tiger Stadium...nice work Dover fans!
-
RedRider1
Much better. CCC is a nice venue, but not for a final 4 game with one of the best public school fanbases in the state in the game.bases_loaded;1324723 wrote:THIS GAME IS NOW AT Paul Brown Tiger Stadium...nice work Dover fans! -
2002sunsetGet em Dover. Just sucks that we will have to hear from some of the obnoxious posters if they win again...

Crimson and Gray Hair
Great... now everybody call and see if we can get them to repaint the end zones for us!!bases_loaded;1324723 wrote:THIS GAME IS NOW AT Paul Brown Tiger Stadium...nice work Dover fans! -

september63WOW! Did OHSAA admit they made a mistake Sunday! Shocking. The end result was they did get it right, so I will give them kudos!!

skankConsidering all the complaining I've done over the advantages given to parochials schools, this may come as a shock to all but....GO Irish.

Justin Zwick called and said something about black kettles. -
skankI was gonna respond with something about Ifft calling, but since I read in yesterdays paper, that Jason Hall has a call in to Ifft about our week 4 opening next year, I think an Ifft ANSWERING joke may be more appropriate here.
Will he answer the phone?
Will he accept?
Time will tell. We all know the last time it didn't work out too well for him, so, I doubt it.
GO IRISH. -
bases_loadedLooking for some easy points? Why is a division 1 program calling a division 3 team?

Shocker!! You are against Dover. Dover is DIII, we cant compete with mid level DI schools. We scheduled you once and it was a mistake. Let it go!!! -

First of all, yes, we are looking for some easy points. Weeks 1, 2 & 3 are against Perry, GlenOak and Warren....Week 5 is AT Steubenville, therefore, we need an easy point fetcher in the 4 spot.
Also, Massillon will be D2 next year. And finally, no need to focus on me here, especially since it's only because I'm cheering for St. V.
To sum up, easy points....Division II next year....and focus on you're up coming game with St. V....Not me. Anyway, Ifft won't call back. And, if he does, (he won't), we could all meet up and have a few beers.
GO Irish. -
september63@ Steubenville isnt any big thing based on their play this year. They are still DIII anyways.

""Based on their play THIS YEAR"?
I doubt Jason Hall will say, "Ok boys, easy week ahead, Steubenville wasn't that good LAST YEAR." And what does the DIII have to do with it?
Again, please don't let the fact that I'm cheering for St. V detour your focus this week. Here's hoping both teams stay healthy.
GO Irish. -
skankI'm taking it that's a no on the beers?
-
