  Bigdean, I believe we will see one formation in particular and force them to stop it. If they cannot, and they very well may be able to, then we will use it the whole game and get all the Campbell fans yelling "turn the page". I hope I hear exactly that because than that means that formation is working and fans are just bored of it. The nice thing is we have several formations to go to. I just hope the OC makes the right decisions when and when not to go to them. I honestly hope more touches happen in terms of more people touching the ball. The game is won in the trenches here in my opinion. We need to control and HOLD ONTO THE FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!

  Reddevil90, my man.....I am beyond a fan of this rivalry. I will talk to you about this rivalry all day if you want. I can teach a class about this rivalry. I do not need to talk trash to be a fan of it. Fact is this....none of us on here will decide the outcome. Those people will be on the field. Both sides determined to win tonight. So all Campbell fans, please do not get rattled when you see Struthers come out just as mad. That is why this is a rivalry. I can understand you get a few morons on here with IQ's of 10 running their mouths, from both towns. It's a rivalry......it happens. So everyone, especially Struthers people....grow the hell up and except it. We are not going to a ballet tonight folks....we are going to war. Deal with it.

  Ok lets try this again if you dont understand it this time maybe you need to have someone read it to you, Struthers ex mayor can not be a Jackass because while he was in office he ran the city of Struthers in the black, so as a mayor he did his job very good. Now my point being the Campbell is not in the black and has not been in a very very long time, in FACT, they are in trouble to the point that if things dont change they will have no choice but to become the east side of youngstown again, so instead of talking trash about a man that did his job as a mayor, worry about your own ex mayors. As far a Campbell always being the East Side of Yo-Town, I have ALOT of FAMILY and FRIENDS who live in Campbell and they would disagree with you, they are proud to be from CAMPBELL and have never said I am from Campbell you no the East Side of Yo-town. And as far as our towns being different, sorry but as I have family their, Campbell people have family here in Struthers, so how different can we really be?

  What a crazy game, wow! Way to go Devils, although the defense wasn't good tonight, you guys did come up with a couple of key stops late. What can you say about Ja'les, the radio said he had 284 yards rushing tonight, amazing! Struthers gave Campbell everything they wanted and more, hope #44's injury isn't too severe. Onto the playoffs!

  I really think you need to lay off. Really? I read your comments here and occasionally on another site and you truly have no basis for what you are saying other than the fact that it's your opinion (which you are entitled to). You apparently have NO clue what Coach Saunders or anyone else involved in the program has done other than what you see on Friday nights and the incessant chatter that you hear from others who are just as in the dark as you are. I highly doubt that you would do this, but why don't you man up and say this to his face? Maybe you would learn a few things.

  Congratulations Campbell. It's on to week 11, hopefully at home. Struthers did a good job of stopping Ja'les in the first half. But the second half was another story. Hughes rushed for nearly 300 yards in the game, including one amazing touchdown run where he must have broken at least half a dozen tackles while finding his way to the end zone. Defensively there were too many missed tackles for Campbell. But as sonnyblack stated above, the defense made key stops when they needed to. Struthers played very hard. I was impressed with their young sophomore QB. My thoughts and prayers are with Struthers' #44, sophomore David Stewart and his family. I hope he has a speedy recovery. God Speed.

  great game and both teams played very hard all the way until the end...thats the character of both towns though so im not surprised...Campbell has a very good offense, they have a young offensive line and with the year j'ales is having I could only imagine what that offense would have been like with skevo zembillas added to it could have been scary...Struthers was very fast and talented its hard to believe they finished 4-6? I was not however impressed with neither defense, missed tackles no penetration nothing...Could someone please explain to me what Campbell's strategy is on a kickoff? the kids do not run down hard to make a tackle they all kind of hang around the 40? Why is our kicker squibbing it always? The kids got a leg let him boot a few. Like I said a few days ago he is a weapon and gives campbell an edge in that department. J'ales Hughes has had a monster season for the Devils. I hope he gets into the weight room this winter, if he can put some weight on look out.....

  SOUP CITY BABY!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE ARE ALL YOU HATERS AT??? WHERE ARE ALL THE PREDICTIONS AT??? save it!!!!!!!!!!! like i said struthers was 4-5 for a reason. they put up a fight and had a lucky catch in the end zone, but all in all campbell weathered the storm in a rivalry game and backed up their talk unlike the pussy cats. they couldve folded but they didnt. and im proud. 9-1 and a conference championship. way to go devils, wish the best to no. 44 and it was nice to see some sportsmanship when the kid got hurt. everyone wanted to see the devil jumping jacks at the end but i saw gozur calling them off. thats tradition fellas, embrace it. i sat in front of some guys that played on the 64 svc championship team and they stuck around for the devil jumping jacks. actually half the crowd stuck around.

  i mean gozur needa to go he tries so hard to ruin tradition i swear supposdly hes retiring after this year the stands were filled for one reason after the game to c the trophy and some D-JACKS i was dissapointed to c them just jog to the locker room. If we somehow don't get a home playoff game and we win on the road i hope to c some D-JACKS loud and proud!!!

  Congratulations Campbell on a great season. You did something that has not been done in 19 years. And i want to say thanks for sticking around and believing that you can turn the program around. And give a shout out to 07 08 09 teams for getting us here. you have as much in this as anyone that played on that field tonight.. Well fought game and we weathered the storm!! How about them Devil's!!!! On to next week. Hope its football time in campbell.

  Obviously uou were not in the struthers fans tonight you had to have been on the other side. There was not one parent alumni kid anyone that had anything good to say about saunders popint blank. the nicest comment i heard the whole night was hes a all around a nice guy but when it comes to football he cannot coach it. 2 3rd and 1's he decides to throw rollout passes. All around a good game. Brooks should have gotten the ball more after what he did in the first half but hey campbells caoches did a great job in their department they put campbell in a position to win the game and they did it. goodluck in the playoffs its always good to see valley teams representing us. I will say one thing with how fired up both sides were tonight this rivarly is back once again.

  Now onto the playoffs versus st clairsville or Martin ferry! We need labrae to win and Indians creek to lose to host against st clairsville. If not, we travel to Martin ferry.

  This region is gonna be tough to win. Can't believe that canton central catholic lost. I don't want to see Cleveland central catholic get in. So for our area, lakeview plays at either Martin ferry or st clairsville. Campbell plays st clairsville at home or we go to Martin ferry. Either way the aac conference is well represented.

  I live around them both.. seen St clairsville on tv down here. they pass and run balance. and strong up front. They have yet seen the likes of a campbell memorial offense!!! Martins ferry is about good as struthers. And they are farm boys. I would say campbell if plays 4qt on either team we go on to the second round
