    Got it. :)
    Three strikes you're out........
    Where's the first strike?
Being a moron and fucking some nut job broad. Put himself in a bad position.

Okay....so maybe it was a "foul tip." It still counts as a strike.

Like I give a shit if people say that he has gained weight and he is fat. It's true. LOL
Very true. And, hell, fab4 had a reasonably witty one-liner tossed in! After reading what apparently is supposed to pass for insults, wit and snappy commentary here, the fact something made me feel something other than contempt AMAZED me!

he was an asshole while at Findlay HS,he was an asshole while at Miami University, and he's an asshole now...this leopard WILL NOT change his spots---he's a helluva QB,but he's a dick---period.

I'll bet you $100 that he writes that woman a check. Does that mean he was guilty of rape? No. Does that mean that he behaved in a manner not 100% innocent? Absolutely yes.
I think if Roethlisberger had any intention of settling he would have already done so. In fact, she already offered to settle for just a public apology and small donation to a battered woman's fund, likely to save face. Many have speculated that Harrah's is the real target (which an admission on Ben's part would serve nicely to further that cause), so your contention that he could be less than 100% innocent is nothing more than baseless speculation. She wouldn't be the first women to go for a money grab.

Civil suits don't prove wrong doing of any sort. Frivolous suits get filed - and settled - all the time. Now, if a jury gives an award in a civil suit, you have a point. But anyone can file a suit and financial decisions are sometimes made regardless of the merits of the case.

Yeah, he's a swell guy who is the innocent victim of money-grubbing females taking advantage of his room-temperature IQ.

    Over and over and over.

Holy shit how stupid can you be?!
Who is looking the other way? As a Steeler fan I'm pretty pissed at the situation and I know A LOT that feel the same way.
And Steelers fans don't do the same thing in thinking that all Browns fans are the same? GTFO already.

Nope. Some are that way but I know some quality Cleveland fans such as BR1986FB and I don't have any problem saying so.

The first one he is counter-suing for damages.

The second we don't even know if a crime was committed. Certainly, the first one does make him an easier target. I'm not saying both are after money, but the first has all kinds of issues and the second had a lawyer before Big Ben did.

Who knows what happened in the second incident? But you're using cirular logic to use both cases to give the other more credibility when the first pretty obviously appears to be fraudulent. That leaves you with one case of he said/she said where it appears no criminal charges will even be filed (eventhough DA's do sometimes chase these cases with very weak evidence).

The party with the deep pockets trying to make the other party give up. Pretty obvious tactic.
The second we don't even know if a crime was committed.
We don't, but to try to pretend that the first incident doesn't make it more likely that this particular smoke is indeed fire is just laughable.

As likely as not, legitimately so.

Like possibly being sexually assaulted by an NFL quarterback.
and the second had a lawyer before Big Ben did.
I would hope that you would stipulate that your client is a particularly stupid man, counsellor. Great athlete, but dumber than a plow handle.
Who knows what happened in the second incident?
    A small number for sure.
But you're using cirular logic to use both cases to give the other more credibility when the first pretty obviously appears to be fraudulent.
Saying the same thing over and over doesn't make it true. When a settlement is announced, will you be up front enough to admit that it means more than someone just wants it behind them? Because it does. It absolutely does and will.
