BREAKING NEWS:Marcus Camby is unhappy about being dealt to the Blazers. This marks the first time in Basketball history that a player is unhappy about not playing for the Clippers.
  • jpake1
Apparently, he isn't a man that likes change. He and his family were happy in LA. I can respect that.
  • sportswizuhrd
Not trade related but newsworthy nonetheless. I am now rooting for the Nuggets to get out of the west. :-(

Yeah I saw that too. His wife didnt want to leave. It wont be too for long though. Its one of his last chances for a ring too.

Suns insider says that Beasley was offered but without the picks.

Michael Schwartz (Valley of the Suns/TrueHoop Network):

I don't think there's any chance with the other pieces they have to offer.
  • devil1197
The Suns have shown little to no interest in Beasley.
  • jpake1
That's the truth. But I can't imagine Kerr being that stupid. I'm hoping it's just him trying to sweeten the pot. But Kerr isn't a good GM. Not being interested in Beasley would only add to that.

I think the Cavs shock us all and get Jamison and Amare in a crazy 4 team deal.

I wouldn't want to live in Portland either, the people there are freaking weird

Kerr is in the same boat as Wedge for the Indians. They both have owners who are losing a ton of money and want to make the cash motivated trades.

The Miami offers that have come out aren't any better than Cleveland tbh.

I kinda like the Z, Jamario and a pick for Jamison and Mike James rumor. We keep JJ and bring back Z in 30 days.
  • pbuck
Here's what Amare said on his Twitter Account about playing with Shaq again yesterday

  • pbuck
I like Amare or Jamison both can't make up my mind who I'd rather have as a Cavs fan but I want to keep Z, JJ, Shaq & Andy but Powe Jawad Williams Moon or Danny Green & a first rounder could go in any deal & it wouldn't bother me cuz I feel Sasha Kahn who is over seas will come over next year & have a huge impact IMO GO CAVS !!!!!

Yeah, I like that one too. Although, we really don't need James at all.
  • devil1197
James would be bought out imo.

Yeah, I would assume that we would agree to a buy out with Mike James. I wonder if the Cavs would sweeten the deal and bring in Mike Miller instead.
  • wes_mantooth
Oh...for some reason, I thought he was under contract for a couple of years.
  • devil1197
Washington won't include Miller, the WAS beat reporter at least noted that.

    Windy:
Here is the latest on Cavs based on sources. Waiting on PHX to accept trade or not. PHX stalling, waiting for other offers to mature.
  • devil1197
    More:
The Cavs can save Suns more $ than package Miami is currently offering. But PHX are allowing Heat time to put things together.
  • wes_mantooth
^^^Honestly, since they have Cleveland's best offer(I am assuming), why wouldn't they just wait until the deadline?

I guess the worst case would be that they end up stuck with Amare because the Cavs moved on to someone else.
  • devil1197
    More:
As such, Cavs have lined up other options with the leading candidate being Antawn Jamison. But there are others, too.
