    I went last week. With the cowboys in town it was damned near 50/50 crowd and I dont think I am exaggerating. Been told up to that game you could scalp a ticket pretty low. Buddies of mine said they have brought friends up there without tix and got in under face value.

    Someone here mentioned it was cheaper for a Dallas fan to fly to Cleveland, scalp a ticket and go home to Texas than to go to a game in Cowboys stadium

    That is what a dallas fan told me at the game. Not sure I totally believe it, but I guess it could be true if you are talking about getting a lower level good seat. Someone chimed in saying parking was $150 a half mile away from Dallas stadium. That is insane. I thought trying to get $60 in pittsburgh was nuts a number of years ago. In Cincy I know they have charged $50 for the steelers game in the past to park.

    That's insane. And they still sell out don't they? Goes to show what a good product/winning history can do.

    Kessler is awful

    Holds all too long. Two of those sacks were his fault.

    Shelton is a good player

    He and McKown are pathetic, and shouldn't even be in the league
  • Ironman92
    8 sacks allowed to the worst sacking team of the season?
  • Ironman92
    My God McCown, don't die lol

    After a great month, Wentz has hit the rookie wall, will be interesting to see how he rebounds...so far I think the Browns made the right choice in trading out. At least 3 starters so far next year and 3 good backups, plus the opportunity to draft 3 more starters next year.

    Eagles get:

    No. 2: Carson Wentz, 2017 4th

    Browns get:
    No. 8, No. 77, No. 100, 2017 1st, 2018 2nd

    No. 8 -> flipped for 15, 76, 2017 2nd
    No. 15: Corey Coleman
    No. 76: Shon Coleman
    No. 77 -> flipped with 141 for 93, 129, 168
    No. 93: Cody Kessler
    No. 100 -> flipped for 114, 154
    No. 114: Ricardo Louis
    No. 129: Derrick Kindred
    No. 154: Jordan Payton
    No. 168: Spencer Drango
    2017 1st
    2017 2nd
    2018 2nd

    I would 100% take Wentz at #2 last draft over what we got. I can't believe there are people out there that would disagree.

    Also, found it interesting from michael Lombardi today on The Herd talking about when the Browns hired Kyle Shanahan, shanahan was trying to do everything to get the browns to trade for Kirk Cousins. I know cousins isn't the greatest QB on the earth but these are one of the many reasons why the Browns remain so awful: they have the ability to get a good QB, and they either pass or trade out of it.

    This franchise needs a damn QB, period.

    I would still pass on Wentz, especially for the haul the Browns got. If Wentz was with the Browns, they still would be 0-10, and even worse he would be getting his ass beaten due to our shitty line. I am still not sold on Wentz at all as a legitimate QB in the NFL. As for Lombardi, is he still butt hurt over the browns? He and Laconfora need to find a life.

    I wonder if the drafted Wentz they would have retained Mack and Bitonio to protect the investment.

    We did retain Bitonio, he is on the DL. Are you thinking of Schwartz? To answer your question though, no. Mack left, because Farmer was a fucking idiot with how he handled Mack's contract by giving him a poison pill offer and then Mack turned it around and gave himself all the leverage when he opted out 2 years later. Our current FO also wanted to keep Schwartz, but they also got too cute over a couple million and ended up losing him.

    We'd be 0-11 with Wentz, but at least we'd have some potential at the QB position. I'll take that over our current situation.

    Wentz is Jake Locker with a better supporting class that's bolstered how he looks.

    The only QB out of this rookie class I'm sold on right now is Dak.

    Lol better supporting cast?

    Russell Wilson in the 3rd quarter caught a 15 yard pass and that was more than the philly WRs had combined.

    Well, same. But having Wentz would at least give us hope at the QB position. Lot more than what we can say now.

    Huh? Bases said philly has a good supporting cast. That's simply not true lol
