  Even JFF would have been drafted high had we not taken him. That's what I don't understand... We reached a bit for him, and then refuse to put him out there. You can see the progression of other QBs drafted highly as they play, but we keep putting journeymen and also-rans ahead of who we invested heavily in. It's not like the guys they are putting ahead of them are helping us win games...truly they are NOT. Clearly, this group of coaches, and Pettine in particular make choices that has not helped us to win... Not helped us to progress.. Not helped us to even evaluate. Four #1 picks in the last two years, and this organization is still the same clusterf@ck that it was when Pettine took over.

  I wonder if Manziel's time is/(has been?) up and they claim the QB competition is week to week but they're just saying that to make it look like they haven't given up all hope and salvage what they can for him...which if you ask Footwedge, will be the Cowboy's first round pick.

  Haha...just responding to Bundy. I said I'd be ecstatic with a #2....considering how Pettine ( with an assist from JFF himself) has ruined his value, what anybody would give for him is beyond my knowledge.

  Jaaal Sheard...having great season. Dion Lewis...was having an All Pro season (one of Cueball's first cuts). Buster Skrine playing really well. TJ Ward...all pro type player. When are people gonna start figuring it out that among all of his other faults. Pettine has absolutely no clue as to who can play and who can't. What he has done with Manziel is just icing on the cake in how poor his player evaluation skills are.
  
  Secondly, it's part of the coaches and their staffs to..... ummm....coachto players to be pros. How much of it is Farmer's fault and how much is it Pettine's fault?

  The stadium will have 15,000 Browns fans and 20.000 Bengal fans today. How this bald headed crud still has a job I will never know. Austin Davis has a history and a large sample size of work already on his resume, and yet Cueball says he "wants to take a look at him". What a moron. Because he is more interested in running a convent instead of a football team, he continues to set the franchise further and further behind.
  
  Manziel should have been named starter after the Titan game after Manziel put the crowd into a frenzy for the first time in years. Instead we witnessed McCown lay an egg that weeak against the lowly Raiders. Only injury forced Pettine's hand and Manziel responded way above expectations with his efforts on the road in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. Because Manziel dranked some Dom Perignon, and sang some karaoke on his week of, Pettine was able to bench him again.
  
  The only quarterback in history to win the Heisman as a teenager continues to rot away on the bench.
  
  Bottoms up to the canning of Mike Pettine who has easily usurped the legacy of other incompetent Browns head coaches. Good riddance Cueball...and GO BENGALS today.

  Dude...he was having an all pro season...PERIOD. you need to look at his whole body of work. His ypc was miles ahead of Tate, West and Crowell..all of who made the roster.

  More on Lewis. His ypc was 4.8. If that isn't All Pro numbers I don't know what is. Obviously his pass catching/yards after catch was even more impressive. And for the morons out there that claim that "it's Bellichek's system", why is it that LaGarrett Blounts's ypc is only 4.2?

  Johnny should tell Cueball to fuck off...that he should be graded on what he does on the field...not off. And Johnny has done plenty this year to warrant the franchise qb tag. If the Johnny bashers want to hang their hat on Manziel being an idiot in his off field antics, I'm OK with that. But I don't want to hear the incessant nonsense that he's got a weak arm, an inaccurate arm, can't throw deep, can't see over the line, can't throw from the pocket, and can't scramble in the NFL. He has proven the bashers to be wrong on each and every point.
