  I think the Bengals should win next week in Baltimore and at home vs KC the following week. Not sure what their "come back to earth" game will be like New England last year. Maybe Seattle week 5?

  Getting ahead of yourself there. Two tough games. Baltimore is going to play like their season is on the line at their first home game, and the Chiefs are going to be tough all year.

  I agree, but they are still a tough team this year. I am just saying, FFL is definitely getting ahead of himself by penciling in those 2 wins. I could understand if they were playing 2 shitty teams, but they aren't. Baltimore got a raw deal to start the year. Back to back games on the west coast.

  I think the main theme of this week, just like every season is not to overreact after one week of football. After last week the Bills were somehow already AFC East favorites, Mariotta already a superstar franchise QB, the niners a much tougher team than anyone thought, etc.

  I think we are both a hell of a lot happier after this week though.
  
  They showed the next 5 games for the Steelers and it's not murderers row but it has me worried because I think they are all pretty tough games even though I think my team is better than most predicted.

  That's fair. I wasn't penciling in wins, but I do think the Bengals should win. If they lose one or both then I'll admit I was wrong.

  Demarco Murray has 21 carries for 11 yards this year.
  
  Chip's system is really working for him. Murray must be thrilled at his decision to leave Dallas where he had over 1800 yards last year.

  I could see them winning both, but I also could see them losing both. Either result won't surprise me.

  The offensive line continues to be an issue, can't run or pass block for shit. Tannehill is great but can only do so much with no time to do anything. He's been sacked more than anyone in the league over the last 3 years. The defensive line was supposed to be our strength and it has been more than underwhelming so far. Looks like another 8-8 year where we miss the playoffs by 1 game. If that happens, Philbin and Coyle need to go.

  Arizona and Cincinnati could be the deepest and most well-rounded teams this year.

  I'm with you and it's irritating but I think Lewis/Dalton keep them from the forefront a bit also....I don't think the media believes they are a contender and Cincy is only getting heavy talk (Jet love we'll call it) if they are a proven heavy contender.

  Neither team, especially Bengals have made noise in the playoffs, but I think both getting to the playoffs last year despite devastating injuries was downplayed. If they stay relatively healthy, I'm not sure I'd really bet against them.
  
  I mean, New England has looked like the defending champs. However, every other pre-season contender has struggled or looked unimpressive. The NFC is a joke. The AFC I think has a lot more tough games week to week and a lot more overall contenders.

  Jets are legit in that they play great defense, and have a QB who can manage the game. They're basically the Chiefs. Won't ever win anything.

  Jets have a tough front 7 (this is without sheldon richardson too). They may not make the playoffs, but they are going to make it tough for any team to beat them.
