Embarrassed maybe but he'd never admit being wrong. He prob' believes rg3 can still be a good qb.

Not just LOL, but LOLOLOLOL. What a pathetic POS. I truly hope my life never devolves into that level of deplorability.

    Bullshit.

    Via the AP's twitter feed.

BREAKING: Tom Brady beats NFL in 'Deflategate' court case, judge nullifies league's 4-game suspension.

I'm not surprised. The NFL had nothing.
  • Automatik
    2 games would have sufficed.

Had nothing, what about the phone?

    It's total bullshit.

Why is it bullshit? The NFL had nothing. What authority did the NFL have to request his persona private cell phone? They aren't the fucking FBI.
  • Automatik
I think the 4 games was harsh, but to think Brady had nothing to do with it is asinine. They had enough circumstantial evidence.

I'm mostly pissed that it dominated the headlines all offseason.

Now I just hope it dies and we never have to hear about it again, but that won't happen.

Well the judge didn't have that option. All he could do was nullify the suspension or uphold the suspension.
What about the phone? Why should he have to give it to the NFL?
The whole "deflategate" thing is fucking stupid anyway.
  • Automatik
The fact that it actually went to federal fucking court is just embarrassing.

The NFL had nothing and the suspension was a joke. Glad it was overturned.

I think the NFL should have just fined him rather than suspend him. I don't think he had zero to do with it, but I don't think he was going around telling the equipment staff to break the rules. No doubt he told them to keep the balls at the lowest inflated levels possible or that he liked them a little less inflated, but you are allowed some leeway on inflation levels anyway so I don't see how he deserved blame for that.

You're joking, right? The NFL got the texts via subpoena. How else do you think they got released? Your panties are in a bunch over a destroyed phone when the NFL got the relevant evidence anyways.

I'm annoyed by the entire situation.

As an attorney, you should be too.

Always love to see egg on goodell's face.
  • lhslep134
I don't like Brady nor the Patriots but I'm happy Goodell's authority got knocked down a peg.

Why would I be annoyed that a judge overturned a completely internal and biased appeal heard by an authoritarian? If Brady was suspended by a neutral party, it would be completely different to me.

Also, the NFL wouldn't let Brady's lawyers call as a witness one of the guys who was in charge of editing the Wells Report? Yeah, objective stuff there guys.

Hardly a reason for me to be annoyed at what transpired.

Lost in this, lol fuck the steelers. They have to play Brady now.
  • Automatik
Wasted time and resources all around. The entire situation is a fucking joke.
