God damnit thavoice you retard. Luck is without a doubt top 10. "Espns qbr has him 11th" could be the dumbest quote I've read on here

The regular passing rating has Luck I think 7th of passers wtih 300 attempts or more
I believe the QBR may have been invented/created by Trent Dilfer. Enough said....

I just said he was the 11th rated QB, according to ESPNs QBR.

I realize you are not that smart but damn man, do you have to be an asshole too all the time?

I personally think he is easily in the top 10.

Use your brain thavoice. If a QB ranking metric has one of the best QBs in the league outside of the top 10, you should probably not use that metric. Ever.

Trent Dilfer. The only one dumber than Dilfer is Merrill Hoge.

    This.

Patriots aren't going to appeal the penalties.

Saw that. I wonder if during their "back channel" talks they were having that the NFL showed the Pats all their evidence and the pats would rather just let it slide. Didnt see..doesnt that also mean Brady's appeal/

I think it's more, goddell and kraft making a deal, that he'll except all penalties for the team but they'll greatly reduce Brady's suspension.

If that's the case, then Brady should get zero games. The penalties against the team were as equally as terrible as the penalty against Brady.

Brady should be suspended for at least half the season. He's a fuckin cheater. The NFL coddles to the star players.

What does everyone think of the new PAT rule? Kick from the 15 yard line, but 2 point try stays at the 2. Defense can also now score on these plays.
  • wildcats20
They aren't kicking from the 15. The snap comes from the 15.

    Good changes.

Does anyone know what the field goal % from that distance was last year/last couple years?

Would be a flawed stat regardless. Kickers will be able to kick from whichever hash they want (or the middle), as opposed to where the ball is.

However, I think they have estimated it will be from 99% to like 94.6% or something. I like the change.
  • BR1986FB
    93-94% for 33-34 yard FG's
  • Rotinaj
What makes this change good to me are the times when holding is called. Are you going to go for 2 from the 12 or kick a mid 40 yard XP? I'm assuming the XP still but it seems close.
  • thavoice
I kinda figured it would stay at the 2 for the 2pt convos because of possible injuries I would think.

Early in the season it wont mean much ,but later when the weather sucks could affect the extra points being longer

I really don't mind the changes, but I wish they'd quit f***** with game every year. Moreover, if they are going to make major rule changes they should put it out there a year in advance so teams can make personnel changes....as it is some teams are going to be advantaged and others disadvantgaged without the opportunity to make changes via free agency or the draft.
Also, I think if you are going to make PAT's harder, then you should make going for two harder also, otherwise you are shifting the balance between them....I guess if you want more people going for 2, the changes are good, but you are changing the very core of the gamne.
  • Automatik
What personnel changes would be made due to moving PATs back?
