I'm cool with sitting him but I'm not sure how much it will help. He's only 1 play away from re-aggravating his injuries so badly he's out for the rest of playoffs, and I don't think him sitting out a game or two changes that.

I'll say I'm much more confident this series than last series. The Hawks, at least how I felt watching game 1, scare me a lot less than the Bulls

Yeah I didn't feel as nervous, but it also probably has something to do with how I don't really hate the Hawks. There were plenty of guys on the Bulls I despised. The Hawks? Maybe somebody will emerge for me to hate, but so far I just hate their fair weather fans.

6 days off didn't do anything, not sure a few days will either.

Not relevant to the Hawks but I'm in Chicago and had to post this for the lulz. I can't believe Chicagoans love this guy.

That's why I'm on the sit him the whole series hope he improves to get him ready for the finals and survive with out him this series. Have him dress for the games but play him if it's absolutely necessary and basically just be a spot up shooter.

LOL at those that say the Bulls scared them more than the Bulls. The Hawks area much better team than Chicago. No comparison. With Irving out tonight the team is going to be tested. Blatt has only gone 8 deep for much of the playoffs. I cringe at the thought of Perkins and Marion getting significant minutes.

I would just sit him until an elimination game, if any, in the NBA finals. We don't need him for the Hawks and we may not need him for the Warriors either.

The Hawks have no chance this series. I think the Cavs played a pretty mediocre game 1, had essentially zero bench scoring besides JR, and still came out on top. I expect the Cavs to absolutely blow them out of the water in the coming games.

    Cheap foul IMO

Hope the Atlanta fans enjoy their last home game of the season
  • DeyDurkie5
    Atlanta ain't shit
  • Lovejoy1984
If we win tonight, Kyrie shouldn't play until we see an elimination game (Game 6 at the earliest). Will need him as close to full strength as possible to combat the Warriors.
  • Lovejoy1984
    LOL Delly.
  • Mulva
How this Atlanta team won 60 games is one of the all time great mysteries.
  • Lovejoy1984
Our defense is amazing right now.

Need to not get stagnant with our offense. Keep executing.
  • DeyDurkie5
They can't hit a three, they can't get inside. Just stop with this bullshit. Bring on golden state.
