Houston can shoot the three well, but GSW on a whole another platform

Appears I misspoke. Rockets shot 34% while GSW shot 39%

Can't help but think how much this post season was changed by spurs losing on last day of season. Home court for game 7 has been huge so far

It's hard to really figure out who to blame. The Clippers got pounded in game 5, choked big time in game 6 and just had nothing left for game 7. Everyone will remember the game 6, but honestly, the Rockets took that as much or more as the Clips choked it.

James Harden Free Throws attempted per game in reg season: 10.17
James Harden Free Throws attempted per game in playoffs: 10.41

Who said the way he plays won't work in the postseason?

Harden wouldn't even be in the NBA if he wasn't a flopper. That's why he will never win an MVP or a championship because you don't get those by flopping around. If the NBA actually fined players for flopping like it is in the rule books, Harden would be homeless and eating Ramen every day for the rest of his life.

Is there any doubt that the Knicks or Lakers get the top pick tonight?

They were discussing the lottery and conspiracy theories this morning and someone brought up 2003 and Cleveland getting it to keep Lebron in his hometown. Right. Because the NBA wanted one of the most exciting players ever to play in Cleveland vs. Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York (all three were in the lottery as well).

Over/under on lottery reform 0.5 years if the Sixers get rewarded with the #1 pick?
  • Azubuike24
Wolves get it. Lakers get 2nd. Going to love Randle/Towns as the future of the LAL. I may need to actually need to become a fan...
  • Laley23
Minny should take Towns and call it a day.
  • Azubuike24
Sounds like they are 100% Okafor over Towns...

Either way though, they definitely become potent if they get a big man.
  • Lovejoy1984
    Define potent?

They'll still be picking in the top half of the lottery next season, regardless of who they select.
  • Azubuike24
Potent, as in, very early OKC? They probably won't make the playoffs, but I could see them being around .500, slightly under.
  • SportsAndLady
They don't have a durant or Westbrook. Maybe wiggins. Maybe.

They will win less than 30 games next year. Barring a blockbuster trade of course.

Rockets beating down the Warriors thus far.
