  I was going to comment it's just a sprained ankle and not a big deal, then I saw that he actually sprained both ankles. SMH. I bet he burns his fingers taking the popcorn out of the microwave, too.

  He won't be traded and I doubt he would request it. #1) No team is going to take Kobe Bryant and his albatross of a contract. #2) The Lakers won't trade him because they paid him that money to retire as a Laker + marketing benefits of having Kobe on your team.
  
  The reality is, the Lakers are pure trash. Randle was about the only snowballs chance in hell of having any capable player on the team and he's out for the season. Kobe sucks, Nash is out(and sucks), Boozer is a second tier PF, and they have barely anyone else that would play significant minutes on another team. They may not be the worst team in the league, but they are bottom 3 at best and that's being generous. I bet they compete with the 76'ers for the worst record in the league, but at least the 76'ers have a future with all the untested high drafted talent on their team.

  And even when he's healthy he's not good. He had one season that he got MVP because everyone hated Lebron. Rose was never the best player in the league, nor was he ever top 25. He's an overhyped product, a 2nd tier PG, and defines injury prone. Glad he's on the Bulls though because I wouldn't trade a 2045 2nd draft pick for the guy nor would I pay him anything over league minimum.

  Kobe is still great. Jeremy Lin is a borderline starter, nick young is exciting to watch, and i think Ed Davis could become really good. The rest of the team is hot garbage. They will be contending for worst team in the league

  Yeah nothing says "great" like shooting 42.9% from the field on an 0-4 team. Kobe needs to retire. He's only going to get worse.

  No Eric Gordon just isn't good. he was a solid player his first 3/4 yrs in the league on a shitty team that would tolerate his horrible shot selection, since then....trash. He sucks, plain and simple.
