lol, not melting down, just telling you to STFU. It's not my money nor reputation, why would I be melting down?

Now...back to football discussion. This afternoon on the Golden Boys, Goldhammer ran a poll as to who would be the Browns quarterback in 2016. The latest I heard from the poll was 55 to 51 in favor of Johnny Football. Nice to see that a little over half the listening audience understands a railroad job when they see one.

My reputation is just fine Like Shat. I paid the little Dorkie his money. Now had I paidd the little Dorkie directly, he would have denied getting it. That's the way he rolls.

Doesn't say much when people like you consist of their listeners.

This thread is about the Browns/Jags game, not for you and IQQY to jerk off and cry about Johnny Football.

Sooooo, moving on! Browns defense needs to pressure the rookie QB all day. Hopefully Browns fans can turn this into a home game for the Browns as the jags attendance has been piss poor.

I have foot wedges money. Waiting for Durkie to respond with his email so I can pass it along.

The use of "Welshing" or "Welching" on a bet is derogatory to the Welsh people........the ones from Wales.

This sounds like a job for TS.

I feel bad that two of my elderly friends are being so.......shall I say.........."difficult"?

    C'mon guys.

Do you know them in person? Please tell me they aren't this miserable this in person.

Beat a team you rarely beat and in dominating fashion, easy schedule upcoming... team looking good and a couple "fans" are miserable.

Lol it's just hard to fathom not being pretty damn happy and if they are trolls....I sure as hell just don't understand that either.

I HATED Dusty managing....but damn I'd been on cloud 9 had the Reds won it all. I believe a couple on here would be rooting against Hoyer in the playoffs.

If you are referring to me. I'm hardly miserable. And I don't root against Hoyer...because I don't root against the Browns. But whether you think so or not, plenty of ultra die hard Browns fans agree that the wrong guy is leading the team right now. Its a subject that has permeated the airwaves every single week...because it is an interesting topic.

FWIW...I've praised Hoyer's overachievements a number of times here. I would hope that he would understand that he's been blessed in being given this opportunity...and he was given the opportunity.

The other hot topic on the AM dial today was the future here with Shanahan. Gotta figure out a way to keep that guy. Even Weeden would be All Pro with the way Shanahan gets the receivers so wide open.

I am happy with the job Shanahan does, but the players still need to execute. Shanahan didn't suddenly get smart since last season. His players are executing.

OK. So here is what I have a problem with:

We just kicked ass on the Steelers and I am ECSTATIC.

    And you are not.

I get what you are saying about Hoyer not being the be all and end all to take us to the higher level.

But at my age, I live for the present.........and right now I am relishing the Browns success!

Well said. Fact of the matter is, he's a Johnny Football fan, NOT a Browns fan. Same with Iggy. Their miserable TROLLING asses could jump off the 480 Bridge and I doubt many tears would be shed.

He may in fact be the qb next year. He's not today nor should he be unless the starter gets hurt.

Agreed. Some people are just so used to the misery that they'd prefer it (losing with JFF) than have a little success with Hoyer.

Because "ultra die hard Browns fans", myself included, are personnel "geniuses" and should be making the calls on who starts and who doesn't.

Your "permeated the airwaves" comment might be the dumbest comment yet. Have you HEARD Cleveland sports talk fans? Biggest dumbass idiots in the country. I still run into dumbass sports talk listeners who think they made a mistake giving up on Colt McCoy.
  • SportsAndLady
Lol hoyer is definitely starting for this team for the next season and a half. Not sure if you manziel clowns are watching or not, but Hoyer is pretty god damn good.
  • BRF
And on the post game summary, I heard it said that Ben is 18-2 now against the Browns..........???

    And we won!!!

And ALL Browns fans are not happy with this?

And I get to go into the gas station now and gloat to all the faux Steeler fans who always say "the Browns suck".

    Priceless.
  • Tiernan
Manzier hasn't played a down in 4 games now. He's gotta be growing desperate and most likely will cause some kind of team chemistry disruption soon. Looking forward to the melt down and fall out.

The Jags are scoring the least points in the league and are giving up the most. Their O-Line is susceptible to giving up sacks and Bortles will turn the ball over. The Jags have score NINE offensive TD's this year. The Browns scored SEVEN in two games against the Steelers alone.

If the Browns play their game, they should dominate in this one.

As far as the previous comment about this being a "trap" game, a trap game is typically when you are overlooking an opponent because you have a tough opponent in the following game. The Browns play the Raiders at home next week.

Remember the mangini browns beating the saints and the patriots? We scored like 7 off tds that entire season. We're not dominating shit. Browns better not have your philosophy.

^^^ If you were like 16 years old (mtrulz) I might understand that comment.

    But you are not.

What these dumbfucks don't realize is that, unless he's injured, dumping Hoyer for JFF sends a HORRIBLE message. They'd (coaching staff) lose the team. You want to see the air let out of the balloon, like when they had to go from Hoyer back to Weeden last year? Bench Hoyer in favor of JFF. The team believes in Hoyer and will fight for him.

No problem with having 2 good qbs.
