Watching it yesterday I laughed when he first stepped on him then saw on the replay he stepped on him twice and knew right then at least the 2nd step was intentional. I think if he doesn't step on Rodgers twice he might have gotten away with it.
This. Suh is unbelievably stupid. Unreal how he thinks shit like that will go unnoticed. Actually, he doesn't appear to do much thinking in those situations.

    Lol

Suh's past likely took it to the suspension level. How many offenses has he had (I honestly don't know but SEEMS like a few)

I think the past weighs more than what team or who they did it to. The league wore out James Harrison every chance they got....I don't know how many flying karate kicks it takes to a punter but likely always just a fine on a first offense.

Such doesn't get suspended if he has a clean-ish record.

He actually did twice in the quotes, once calling me a redneck and then calling me fat......but who is counting right?

Yeah, his first offense and they dont suspend him for a playoff game. I think your past behavior should stand for something. Have a track record of being dirty like Suh...suspend him.

Actually you said redneck, i just added "fat" to your quote for accuracy.

YOu added in redneck in the previous quote, but I dont expect you to remember all of your ramblings.

It is ok though. You can call me names. You had a bad football season and are just frustrated.

Right. Harrison was suspended without pay for his hit on Colt McCoy. Ditch the conspiracy theories boys.

He deserved that fine/punishment.....but WTH was McCoy thinking on that play?....then leaves the game with the most obvious concussion of all-time and Browns staff lets him go back in quickly and then throws an interception.

    Before concussion protocol?
  • Ironman92
I don't know what the protocol is/was but thought it was in place in some way then...regardless he was blown up in a very scary way and I don't think he was out for very many plays.

Yeah, ya have to wonder how he convinced the coaches/trainers to let him back into the game! Harrison deserved that fine just like a number of others he got. He was just one bad, mean MFer on the football field. We were at that game on Thursday night...it was fn cold that night!
It was only HS football but I know I played after a couple of concussions before. One was so bad that the next day I had to ask my parents if we won the game.

Cleveland had Brady Hoke on their staff back then?

Steelers brought in Ben Tate as insurance....
Ya know, many, many former browns have found themselves with super bowl rings...........

    I like that move.

Harris is an unknown and I'm sorry...Archer is just too small for the NFL. He might prove me wrong, but I don't see him ever doing anything significant.

Archer wont ever get the job done in the backfield. They may be able to swing something out to him and he possibly break it but he is just too slight.
Harris looks like a beast, and has been in the system longer so I would give him the edge over Tate at this point especially with all the diff things they ask the RB to do. I imagine they will have separate packages that each back could be used in.

Suh's suspension reduced to a $70,000 fine instead. Really went from one end of the spectrum to another.

Little surprised, but not really! Think the league was quick to judge, and I didnt by their BS excuse that they didnt take his history into account!

So apparently this is an excuse that can get you out of a suspension in the NFL:

@AdamSchefter: During appeal, Ndamukong Suh said his feet were numb from cold and he couldn't tell difference between Aaron Rodgers' feet and the ground.

It's good to know Mark Davis is keeping the spirit of Al alive by going after the most retreadiest retread he can find.
  • like_that
Pat Shurmur is going to ruin his career if he takes another HC gig this early. He needs about 4+ more years, before he even considers being a HC again. Why the fuck does the league look at him in high regard, but coaches like zimmer had to wait so long to get a HC gig?
