Yeah, not really. I may bring up things that the media says but is it necessary to make a post just to single out people? Wasn't "I'd like to bring up that the media pretty much had written the patriots off after getting their asses kicked in week 4 sufficient? But I guess whatever helps him sleep at night.....lhslep134;1702150 wrote:Br this is a fair criticism. You always bring up what the media is saying. -

Does it matter? If the "clique" doesn't like a poster (see fly4fun's mod status) the mob rules. I never really noticed fly4fun's moderation habits but boy did a lot of people get "butthurt", as some say, about his habits and got him demoted.SportsAndLady;1702155 wrote:So which former user are you?

That's irrelevant to me, that's between you and him. All I said was it's a fair point. There are a ton of your posts that start with, "I heard [insert media name] saying [insert football story]"BR1986FB;1702157 wrote:Yeah, not really. You can interpret it however you want. I'm not saying it insultingly, because as you said it's a discussion starter. -

I really have no "dog" in the F4F fight. He could be the biggest a-hole on the planet (don't know the dude or his posting habits) but I found it funny how there was this grassroots/mob rules crusade to get him booted as a mod. And people want to call ME "butthurt?" LOL...SportsAndLady;1702160 wrote:Lol sticking up for F4F?

I never brought up br's real name. I don't even know who he is, nor do I care. I'm not some low life loser like said where I post people's personal info.Uz2Bon36;1702152 wrote:Imagine that. Didn't somebody mention like_that's name or something and he got all butt hurt and had that user banned?
You want your personal info on this site, after what that dipshit did to cc? -

You mean the majority of the site? Lol at making it seem like only a few posters got him demoted. I wasn't even the one who brought up the vote, the creator of this site did.BR1986FB;1702159 wrote:Does it matter? If the "clique" doesn't like a poster (see fly4fun's mod status) the mob rules. Notice how you can say I live a pathetic life and not get banned? That's because c4f isn't a mod. -

lhslep134Did Belichick know that not calling the timeout after the Seahawks ran on 1st and goal would result in them throwing the ball?
IMO there's only two realistic scenarios the Patriots win that game after Lynch got tackled at the one: Patriots call timeout with :50 left and let lynch score then try and win the game with the ball, 1 timeout, and 50 seconds; or the Seahawks turn the ball over. It's highly improbable they would have fumbled, so really the only way Belichick wins if they don't let Seattle score on purpose is an INT.
I know NE could have won on a turnover on downs but I don't think they could have stopped Lynch two more times. -

This is where some of the dumbass conspiracy theories come in. I can't stand either team but I was rooting for NE and I'm yelling at the TV "Belichick, you dumbass....call a tiemout and let them score!" It's almost like he knew something. I don't think anyone else on the planet thinks Carroll throws it there with Beast Mode in the backfield.lhslep134;1702179 wrote:Did Belichick know that not calling the timeout after the Seahawks ran on 1st and goal would result in them throwing the ball?

friendfromlowryIdk why, but I've always thought Gronk to be more of a douche than Brady.

I see Gronk as more "Jersey Shore/bro' douchie while Brady comes across as more "pompous" douchie with those clothes that his wife dresses him up in.friendfromlowry;1702187 wrote:Idk why, but I've always thought Gronk to be more of a douche than Brady.
Don't get me wrong, I think most of us would take Brady's "douchie" lifestyle. -

I kind of think Carroll was waiting for Belichick to call timeout and then when he realized it wasn't happening, scrambled to call a high percentage pass so they'd be able to run on 3rd if it was incomplete.BR1986FB;1702183 wrote:This is where some of the dumbass conspiracy theories come in. Unfortunately for Carroll, when you have a high percentage play in the red zone but Bill Belichick has 2 weeks to prepare, that high percentage play isn't so high anymore. Lo and behold, Pats jump the play and win the game. -

Very possible. I was just shocked by a) no timeout by Belichick and b) a pass from the one yard line. Makes Belichick look like a genius in the end, as usual.lhslep134;1702190 wrote:I kind of think Carroll was waiting for Belichick to call timeout and then when he realized it wasn't happening, scrambled to call a high percentage pass so they'd be able to run on 3rd if it was incomplete.

sleeperI think this is the end of Seattle. The team has worked because they have a lot of young talent that is underpaid to their value. Expect this current team to dissolve in the offseason.
