Really like Tennessee and Minnesota this week. Both way too obvious of picks. Same goes for the Bears. All huge public sides (that being Indy, ATL and CHI).Laley23;1657174 wrote:Early lines I like this week.
Favorite - Underdog (Home in CAPS)
CHICAGO - Green Bay 1.5
INDY - Tenn 7.5
BALT - Carolina 3.5
SF - Philly 4.5
Atlanta - MINN 3.5
New Orleans - DALLAS 3.5
New England - KC 4.5
Ill end up throwing money on 4 of them, maybe 5 since I like way more lines than usual (usually I am debating between 5 to pick 4, this week I obviously see 7 good ones, so might pick 5 instead of just 4)
Look ahead lines before the games last week had Minnesota -3. Don't care how good ATL looked at home vs the Bucs and how the Vikings looked on the road at NO. A 6 point swing doesn't happen overnight. It's all public perception. Doesn't mean ATL doesn't win/cover but great value on the Vikings IMO. Definitely a plus expected value play for me. -

I have no faith that Teddy Bridgewater can keep up with Atlanta in his 1st start.TBone14;1657187 wrote:Really like Tennessee and Minnesota this week. Both way too obvious of picks. Same goes for the Bears. All huge public sides (that being Indy, ATL and CHI).

That's what they are banking on. Minnesota defense held up pretty well on the road NO....One of the toughest places to play. Also held a St. Louis team to 3. A team that has a road win and scored 31 vs Dallas.Laley23;1657207 wrote:I have no faith that Teddy Bridgewater can keep up with Atlanta in his 1st start.
Ugly loss during a high distraction week with the AD saga vs a Pats team that is simply incredible SU and ATS coming off a loss with Brady and the Hoodie.
Atlanta isn't as good as they looked last week and Minnesota is better then they are getting credit for. -
IliketurtlesI put $25 on Indy, ATL, and Dallas spreads then I have $25 on the Cowboys to win straight up. I also put $50 on the over 46 for tonights game.
I'll probably end up doing some stupid 6 point teaser with like 10 teams. -
Laley23Thoughts on tonight?
Washington -3 is tempting. I think their rush defense is tremendous and NYG will be hard pressed to move it consistently with Eli having to throw it. -
SportsAndLadyYep skins -3
-
Laley23Took Skins -3
Also took a prop bet. Niles Paul to score 1st TD at +900 -
TBone14If this game was on Sunday...I might go Giants. But I have taken every home team and the over in all the Thursday games so far and are cleaning up except for the Steelers Ravens total.
So I'm on the Skins and the over. -
SportsAndLadyDamn laley so close to a td for Paul but he let up!
-
Laley23
I know. Fucking idiot had a step even after slowing down. That wouldve been inside the 10 for sure, probably a TD.SportsAndLady;1657580 wrote:Damn laley so close to a td for Paul but he let up! -
Laley23Well this game is pissing me off.

Ain't got shit on Money May. I would never lose 10 grand betting against Urb after a bye but good luck. I won't be touching this one. 23-3 in his career off a bye.HelloAgain;1657595 wrote:Dropped 10k on Cinci +17.5 -
Laley23Redskins look awful defensively. Like they expected to roll the Giants.
-
TBone14
They haven't looked good defensively save for a game vs the Jags. Cousins found a rhythm last drive. They get it after half too. Big drive here.Laley23;1657600 wrote:Redskins look awful defensively. Like they expected to roll the Giants. -

Their run defense is tops in the league, so that has definitely been good.TBone14;1657602 wrote:They haven't looked good defensively save for a game vs the Jags. Cousins found a rhythm last drive. They get it after half too. Big drive here.
It also doesnt help that they make retarded penalties. -
TBone14Hoping for a split tonight it seems. Over looks good. There have been some big 2nd half comeback this year so why not the Skins tonight.
-
IliketurtlesI didn't bet it but I should have. I took the Giants in pigskin pickem lol. Looking good on that over 46 bet though.

gport_tennisAll the guys in the office told me I was lucky RG3 hot hurt, that was our good QB will play... That should shut that up

IliketurtlesSo I woke up this morning to more money in my account... I guess on Thursday I did some betting on the Alouettes/Redblacks CFL game and actually won. Decided to do some 10 point teasers in CFB and NFL for this weekend will probably do more if these win.
Penn St -1, Tennessee +29, Vandy +27 - $48 to win $40
Cincy +27.5, Clemson -5, Texas -2 - $36 to win $30
Falcons +7, Colts +2, Packers +8 - $48 to win $40
Also did a 6 point teaser $11.50 to win $750
Falcons +3, Bills/Texans over 35.5, Panthers +9, Lions +4.5, Packers +4, Jags +19.5, Dolphins +1.5, Pats +2.5, Cowboys +9, Giants +9.5, Eagles +11, Bucs/Steelers over 38.5, Colts -1.5
Then I have $9 to win $54 for Murray to be the first to score in the Cowboys/Saints game or Cooks $5 to win $50 if he scores first. Also have a $1 to win $40 if the Saints Def scores first.
$5 to win $50 in VJax scores first in the Bucs/Steelers game, $5 to win $25 if Brown scores first, and $5 to win $25 if Bell scores first.
Also put $10 to win $1600 if the Cowboys/Bengals meet in the Superbowl. -
SportsAndLadyYou know you got a problem when you forget about bets you made on Canadian football games

TBone14Another solid weekend overall. Small winning day Saturday college football but capped it off winning my biggest bet of the season yesterday on the Vikings. Lost on the Jets, Titans (played it early in the week before I knew Locker was out.), Saints and Saints 2nd half. Other winners were the Dolphins, Packers, Bucs, Chargers 2nd half and 49ers. Had 500 on Europe to win the Ryder Cup at -180 which won $277.
Have KC+3.5 to finish a 2 two team parlay with the Saints/Cowboys over. I don't love either team tonight. I might play the Pats moneyline and if New England wins by 1,2 or 3 I can win both.
