  As for tonight...I am sticking to my Thursday Night gameplan. Blind bet the home team and over. Tough to do. As I mentioned last week, if that game was on Sunday I would have had the Giants but I stuck the program and played the Skins. Pushed as the over hit easily. There have been other weeks where I liked the road team but made myself play the home team and it worked out.
  
  This season playing the favorite and over (using closing lines from Scoresandodds):
  
  Week 1- Seahawks -4.5 47. Seattle Wins 36-16. 2-0
  Week 2- Ravens -2.5 44 Balt wins 26-6. 1-1 YTD- 3-1
  Week 3- Falcons -7 47 ATL wins 56-14 2-0 YTD 5-1
  Week 4- Redskins -3 44.5 NYG wins 45-14 1-1 YTD 6-2 (75%)
  
  Last year- Counting Thanksgiving. 18-13-3 (58%). Could have been better if you beat the closing line.
  
  So 24-15-3 (61.5%) this year and last. Those are retirement percentages there.

  Western Union or Moneygram them cash. Inconvenient but in a pinch. I've done it with no issues. You'll get a weird look from the clerk when you tell them you are sending a couple grand in USD to Hector Sanchez in the Phillipines or Octavio Ramirez in Chile but for the love of the game...you gotta do it.

  Yeah I wanted to Parlay the Packers -9 and the over but just couldn't risk it. 48 was a lot when I knew with Bridgewater out the Viks weren't going to get many points.

  I started drinking the second I left work and was going hard for a while. Clearly, I was fired up. I don't typically like to temp the gambling gods to strike me down with 'printing money' blasts. I won a nice bet on the O's too. I will bet against the Tigers every game this postseason and bet against them in every series. Just out of pure spite.

  I had a huge week in college. Something like 13-4 with Sparty as one of the losers. Win of the day was Cal ML to close out a parlay. Up 1 and Wash State missed a 19 yard field goal with 15 seconds left in one of the craziest games you'll ever see. 60-59 Cal.
  
  NFL was up and down. 6-6 on straight plays on sides. 1-1 on totals. None of my parlay combos hit. Small losing week and first losing NFL week of the year for me.
  
  Lost Tennesee- Had no business losing that bet.
  Won St. Louis- Had no business winning that bet.
  
  Nice winners in Pittsburgh, Houston, Buffalo, Indy and Denver
  Ugly losers in the Bears, Jets, Chiefs, Falcons.
  
  Had the Redskins +7.5 to switch it from a small losing week to a small winning week but not meant to be as Russ Wilson, Lynch and Hauschka threw a dagger in the hearts of Skins backers late last night.

  Lol S&L. I lost $50 on a on a 10 point teaser earlier. UL Monroe is up 14-3 had them as +31.5... they go on to score nothing more and Kentucky wins by 34. Also lost $10 on Northwestern +3.5. Thankfully I put $15 on Duke and Miss State straight up and $10 the over in the Texas/OU game.
