[h=3]Kings Offered Celtics Isaiah Thomas, Ben McLemore, Picks For Rajon Rondo[/h] Feb 17, 2014 9:19 PM EST The Sacramento Kings offered the Boston Celtics a package of Isaiah Thomas, Ben McLemore and draft picks for Rajon Rondo, according to a source.
The deal did not go through due to Rondo's lack of interest in signing a long-term contract with the Kings.
The Celtics reportedly want multiple first round picks in a deal for Rondo. -
Midstate01Too bad for Boston because that's one hell of a deal for the celts

se-alumEvan Turner to the Pacers for Danny Granger. Glad to see Evan get a chance with a good team!
-
MulvaSixers really trying not to win another game this season.
-
wildcats20Upgrade, IMO, for Indiana. Granger has been very meh this year. ET will definitely be a nice piece.
-
Terry_TateWill be fun to watch ET on a good team. Hopefully he can blend in well with all of the talent already there.
-
Lovejoy1984Mulva is right, they will be lucky to win 5 more games this year. Won't be surprised if Granger gets shut down with a mysterious knee injury later this year.
-
Midstate01Or they could buy Granger out too.
-
Lovejoy1984^^^
Thats probably more realistic.
Also, if that happens, the Heat opened up a roster spot today, so won't surprise me to see Granger end up there. -
SportsAndLadyKobe's mad LA traded Steve Blake...lol
I'd tell Kobe to go fuck himself if I was in charge in LA. -
Ironman92Damn...LeBron drove on Serge Ibaka and Ibaka hits him across his nose and they both elevate and LeBron slung it in before crashing to the floor. Bloody mess was his nose. Hell of a finish

friendfromlowryWestbrook comes back, shoots miserably, Thunder lose by 20+ at home.

I like this criticism of Westbrook. But I wouldn't put tonights L on him. He only took 12, not the 20+ he sometimes does.friendfromlowry;1583012 wrote:Westbrook comes back, shoots miserably, Thunder lose by 20+ at home.
Also, when LeBron, Wade and Bosh are shooting as well as they were tonight, the heat will win. -

I was just pointing it out, not blaming the loss solely on him. But I know a hot topic is how he and Durant coexist, especially with Durant playing so well. I've always wondered what would happen to the Thunder if they traded Westbrook. Maybe pick up another guard but one who doesn't try to score as much as Westbrook.Fly4Fun;1583023 wrote:I like this criticism of Westbrook. But I wouldn't put tonights L on him. wildcats20They wouldn't even need to pick one up. Reggie Jackson is very good.
-
Lovejoy1984I have a feeling in 2015 they will move Westbrook, or at least attempt too.
They won't resign both he, and Durant when they become free agents, so I totally see their owner moving him for 60 cents on the dollar. -
Ironman92Crawford shoots another one of his ridiculous trajectory shots over Durant from about 27 feet. Incredible at those shots....they measured it over 20 feet in the air and well out of the tv screen
-
friendfromlowryGod damn the outcry every time a call goes against them is ridiculous. Durant throws his hands in the air, Westbrook stomps up and down, Jordan protests a call when he's clearly hit the guy on the arm. Idk how refs put up with it every single time.
-
MulvaThat charge call was so bad.
-
Ironman92NBA refs are easily the worst. The charge to give OKC one last chance was insane.
Good game. Griffin in a lot of foul trouble and looked physically beat. Crawford hit so many shots. Durant missed two crucial free throws very late in the game.
I think Derek Fisher is on PED's. -
Ironman92Dragic with 25 in the first half

friendfromlowryI guess I'm never going to understand the obsession with Jason Collins and being the first active gay player. When he signed yesterday, every sports media outlet was constantly reporting it, up until he checked into the game and grabbed a couple rebounds. Each time I saw something about it on Twitter, I would read the comments and the reaction was overwhelmingly apathetic. No one understands what the big deal is, and they certainly don't care anymore. At least that's what I gathered from that particular (small) sample size. But yet, the sports media wants us to care and wants us to see it as a big deal. It's like you either care and recognize yesterday as a historic signing, or shame on you.
