Week 7 Cleveland Freowns v GB Cheesestakes

Commander of AwesomeI'm just wondering if Jordy Nelson gets 200 or 300 yds. Could also see Aaron Rodgers looking like a HoFer.
If the browns keep up the run def I could see us making Rodgers beating us and I'm not sure he's capable. One of the few QBs that I'd rather have weeden over. -
Commander of AwesomeO/U Weeden throws 1.5 Schuabs this game?
-
like_thatWas playing a game with my friend. Which current QBs in the league would lead the Browns to a playoff appearance this season?

SportsAndLadyWouldn't be surprised if Rodgers looks like a HOFer either..considering he is one

I would say most QBs in the league. We have a top 5 Def, play makers at WR and TE and a serviceable run game. the QB play is a massive negative.like_that;1517863 wrote:Was playing a game with my friend. Which current QBs in the league would lead the Browns to a playoff appearance this season?

lhslep134I just can't go another week of watching Weeden.
I know Campbell is garbage, but he can't possibly be worse than Weeden, can he? -

Serious question that I was talking to a co-worker about today at lunch that has 0% chance of happening but whatever. I know Troy Smith is in the CFL, but if he can come back to the NFL right now and sign with the Browns would you guys bring him in? Obviously with Hoyer out the Browns don't have a capable QB and Troy was at least a servicable QB when he played and can't be any worse than Weeden I would think, so what would be the harm? I can't think of any other QB that may be available as a free agent that could do any better.like_that;1517863 wrote:Was playing a game with my friend. Couldn't hurt to bring him in for a look, we need a 3rd string QB as is. Not saying I'd sign him, but I'd give him a look.Terry_Tate;1517922 wrote:Serious question that I was talking to a co-worker about today at lunch that has 0% chance of happening but whatever. That's what I would at least do. His problem in the NFL before was completion percentage and I don't know if that was more due to his receivers or him, but I just don't see how it could hurt. The only argument I could see against it is they're drafting a QB next year so it would be just for the rest of this year and they're already in week 7. My biggest thought process though is Weeden sucks and this team has playoff potential so why not try something even if it's a long shot.Commander of Awesome;1517942 wrote:Couldn't hurt to bring him in for a look, we need a 3rd string QB as is. said_aouitaCould Brett Favre lead the Browns to the playoffs?

No, no he could not. I'd rather a right handed tebow than Farve.said_aouita;1517959 wrote:Could Brett Favre lead the Browns to the playoffs?

He really needs to be bant from every Browns thread. I know we throw around the phrase "he brings nothing of value to this thread" a lot, but it's so true with Tiernan and the Browns.
And the thing is, he's such a horrible troll. Browns fans don't get riled up by him. Capone was the ultimate Browns troll lol -

Ive banned him from the game threads in 4 weeks. I was out of town last week/end and didnt even read it. Probably needed to be banned on that one as well, Im assuming lol.SportsAndLady;1518026 wrote:Thanks.
