Is Flacco "Elite"?

  • sportswizuhrd
I don't understand the love for Ryan over Flacco, they were drafted in the same year and Flacco has as many SB wins (along with winning a playoff game every year) as Ryan does career playoff wins. 1. Are we going to discount Flacco's career because of his season numbers? Give me the rings over the stats and as of today, only 7 starting QB's have one(less than 25%).

I really need to answer this question? How many qbs have 3 rings? Look at those teams. The ravens are good but lets not get carried away here. Their D is only going to keep getting worse over the next few years.

I'm just saying if Flacco plays like he did during this postseason from now on and Ozzie Newsome continues to draft the way he always has it's better than 0 percent.

Flacco is a franchise QB but I don't think he's "elite."

Flacco was Eli for one postseason.....the catches his receivers made were just extraordinary all postseason.....and the clown from Denver playing safety gave him much of this.

He was definately outstanding all thru the playoffs but for my thoughts....he's not elite.

Eh I agree the receivers made good catches but he made A LOT of good throws and there weren't a lot of short passes to Rice like there have been in the past.

When you are elite, you don't have to prove it in arguments. Brees, Manning (peyton), Brady, Brees - These guys are elite, mainly because no one will give me shit for saying so. Flacco is not.

    This.

If the dipshit safety for Denver doesn't try to be a hero (for absolutely no reason), this thread would not even exist.

Speaking of nonsensical threads, how about your Breowns and playoffs HOFer?
Your aunt probably does own a dick. You gonna complain about Like-That's post too? He plagiurized mine virtually word for word.

Like I said, if Lee Evans makes the catch in the end zone in the conference championship,we could(had they went on win the SB) have had this thread last year.

Here is my order in which I'd pick for 1 season to play on my team (2014)

    1) Manning
    2) Brady
    3) Brees
    4) Rogers
    5) Big Ben
    6) RG III
    7) Russell Wilson
    8) Tony Romo
    9) Eli Manning
    10) Matt Ryan
    11) Joe Flacco
    12) Jay Cutler
    13) Andrew Luck
    14) Matthew Stafford
    15) Colin Kapernick
    16) Matt Shaub
    17) Cam Newton
    18) Andy Dalton
    19) Michael Vick

    The rest are terrible.
Come on, Ponder is better than Vick...

Brady, Rodgers, Manning and Brees would be the elite QBs in the NFL.
^^ This guy knows what he is talking about. Basically, if every team (supporting players) were equal, these would be the four you would want to throw the ball.
