Watt. With how many passes he tipped or batted down is nuts

Same will happen to Flacco. Ravens will miss the playoffs every year until they get either A) a top tier QB(read: not Flacco) or B) an average QB that doesn't stranglehold the cap(read: not Flacco). I mean when you have a top QB and you pay him top money; you're still going to win. The Ravens aren't good enough anymore to carry an average QB especially not with a complete rebuilding of a defense.
I wanted to build on this a bit. Brady has never or rarely had a good defense and they still win. Brees can hang 50 on teams, but his defense also gives up 49; they still win. Does anyone think that Flacco can manufacturer enough points to make up for a team with an average at best defense? The answer is no.

If both those scenarios happen, you give me 100 bucks. If one or both of them fail, I give you 20.

Flacco's deal will probably get restructured right around year 3 anyhow. He will have some ridiculous hit like $35-40 million for year three alone.

Uh no. Pick one and roll with it.

Why no? If you are so confident that the ravens will be in the playoffs, put your money where your mouth is. The odds are not in my favor, hence the reason I get more. In fact, I'd say 5-1 odds are pretty low considering the fact that the browns haven't won a division title since they returned to the league.

Falco getting paid has more to do with a perfect storm than his ability:

Win Super Bowl + eligible for UFA + division rival needs QB and has ability to give him more money than anyone to date = Overpaid contract.

Who cares? Next year it will be the same shit. 4-12 after three years chud will be fired along with banner and Lombardi then we will switch back to the 4-3.

I'm confused. What does Flacco getting paid have to do with the rest of what you said?

Falco getting paid had everything to do with his ability to come in at halftime and lead the Sentinels over the World Champs who had all crossed the picket line.

So is it going to be Ravens miss the playoffs or the Browns win the division?

    It's going to be both.

Hate comments like this regarding the 9ers, "Two-time defending NFC West champs can restock with 14 draft choices. (Sando)"

How often do rookies come in and are game changers? Maybe your first rounder (certaintly not the case last season....lolfail). Took almost 2 seasons before Kaepernick paid off, their best def players are vets, Oline are vets, etc...

SF is already loaded. Better question is...how many of those 14 draft picks are going to come in and bump a starter from their position?
