Looks like he's going to snitch as well as admit to doping.

ESPN said a source would not deny or confirm that he confessed. Maybe he beat around the bush?

You can almost guarantee he's going to admit to doping without "technically" admitting to doping.

I couldn't care less! If the roids helped him to raise $470 million for Livestrong, I'm fine with it.

Yeah. I'm with this 100%. I'll bet the interview is a Jim Tressel-styled interview where there's a lot of talking and very few straight answers.

    Case closed.

Oprah: Did you ever take banned substances to enhance your cycling performance?
    Armstrong: Yes.
Oprah: Was one of those banned substances EPO?
    Armstrong: Yes.
Oprah: Did you ever blood dope or use blood transfusions to enhance your cycling performance?
    Armstrong: Yes.
Oprah: Did you ever use any other banned substance like testosterone, cortisone or human growth hormone?
    Armstrong: Yes.
Oprah: In all seven of your Tour de France victories, did you ever take banned substances or blood dope?
    Armstrong: Yes.
Oprah: In your opinion, was it humanly possible to win the Tour de France without doping? Seven times in a row?
    Armstrong: Not in my opinion.

But there's no failed test! Show me the proof!!!

I completely whiffed the Tressel-like prediction. He's not holding back.
  • Automatik
The amount of people he sued and tried to ruin is ridiculous.

Lance Armstrong = grade a piece of shit.

I first said he was one of the biggest frauds in all of sports. I'm changing my tune. He IS the biggest fraud in all of sports. Fuck that guy.

I don't know how anyone in their right mind can come away from this and still support him. He's lowlife scum.
  • TedSheckler
But he never failed a drug test and he raised millio.....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I knew he was an arrogant dickhead, but not to the extent that I witnessed during the interview. Total sociopath.

Didn't watch the interview, but if this column is even remotely accurate in how he portrayed himself, yeesh...

all you Lance lovers and supporters...please step up to the microphone.

Some of the responses here before he admitted it are CLASSIC.

The interviews confirmed what most knowledgable sports fans have always thought of Lance Armstrong: He's a piece of trash.

    "But but... he beat cancer!!"

We know. So have millions of other people.

The WORST part of all this is that he ruined so many people's reputations and lives by suing them for their accusations, when he knew they were 100% true. That makes him an epic piece of shit. Anyone who still supports him is pretty unintelligent. Give your $ to the Jimmy V Foundation from now on.

I can see that. It's safe to say my opinion of him has changed the more I've thought about it. I still admire what he did on the course, though. Winning 7 times (albeit while juicing) is impressive.

The fact that even he came out and said it would be impossible without being dirty, makes it less impressive to me.

I think he was implying most/all of the field was also dirty. If that's the case I agree with him. He definitely had resources others didn't, though.
