Say it ain't so Lance.

ricolaseems silly to try to even keep debating this. I'll let the USADA statement speak for itself. Cycling was probably the dirtiest sport out there for years. Lance and his team had a bottomless pit as far as resources for the best doctors, the best drugs, the best technology, etc etc. (Track and field is also quite dirty--as mentioned above). They were able to stay a step ahead of the testing process for years. The riders/teams without the deep pockets and resources--the testing caught up to them. It finally caught up to many of the rest of of Lance's team. And to those who passed em all (like Lance---allegedly) finally sang and fessed up when they were subpoened. He was probably no dirtier than the rest of the bikers who passed all their tests as well. (after all, the vast majority of the bikers all passed, when probably the vast majority were all juicing to some extent). Lance knows he's been caught, and so now does Nike...and many others out there.

Right because Lance's teammates never tested positive despite having access to the same doctors. This is a witch hunt; shame you bought in.ricola;1298538 wrote:seems silly to try to even keep debating this. I'll let the USADA statement speak for itself. TiernanWhat is most surprising about this whole thing is Who Really Gives a Sh*t About Cycling?
Answer - Europeans (and they think soccer is a real sport!) -
Con_AlmaThe story is a bout a professional athlete as opposed to a cyclist. It's simply the continuation of the story about pro sports and PEDs.

GoChiefsThe International Cycling Union has agreed to strip Lance of his Tour De France titles.

ricola^^ sounds like the right thing to do.

apparently the 26 people/15 riders testifying against Lance are also involved in the witch hunt. Shame on them! -

TedShecklerSo is it time people set aside law/morals in that its okay to use steroids for good cause?
You defenders are comedy gold.
Livestrong is almost a scam anyway. "Oh, he raised over a half-billion dollars..." And very little of it went to cancer research. It's was just a PR tool for Armstrong. The Livestrong brand is almost as bad as the swastika. -

In short, Lance is pretty well screwed from a financial standpoint -

Yahoo is reporting that Mr. Armstrong is mocking the recent stripping of his titles by tweeting this casual picture of him relaxed with his jerseys proudly displayed in his home. -

jordo212000Like I said a long time ago, if you are innocent, you fight.
Can't believe people said "he's tired of fighting" and believed that he was clean. Also has come out that he tried to make a "donation" to USADA when they were about to lay the hammer down -
sportchamppsI wonder if he used these before Cancer as well. I read somewhere where the Dr was worried the roids may have caused the cancer to grow faster. I also wonder if he was honest with the drs back then

Trueblue23BREAKING NEWS: Lance Armstrong is a douchbag and always has been.

dlazz
I just made a thread/poll in SB about this. I don't think it makes him a douchebag. He beat cancer and blew everyone away in a sport in which everyone cheats anyway.Trueblue23;1366139 wrote:BREAKING NEWS: Lance Armstrong is a douchbag and always has been. -

Holy fuck. Will you shut up about a failed drug test? The mother fucker is admitting that he doped up. Fuck the drug test, it's coming straight from his mouth. -
