    I think you mean:

"I THINK I can tell when players aren't ready."

Basing any assessment of a player on such a small sample size is useless. Brandon Phillips looked terrible in his first ~5 pitches against Beachy tonight. Then he hit 2 HRs and none of that mattered. Stop overanalyzing small sample sizes.

Costanzo is no Willie Harris, that's for sure.

Problem is nobody on the bench is very good. They do have Ludwick tonight and meso if they needed him. Frazier as well. But constanzo and Valdez can fuck off. Oh and that's my opinion. Don't wanna upset mooney.

Have to lol at your post. "They have nobody on the bench, except Ludwick, and Meso, and Frazier" Not saying I disagree, just funny seeing you say they have nobody then name 3 players.

I agree. I kinda forgot who was there till I started typing it. Makes using constanzo even more dumb.

Your opinion is based on nothing. Just your small sample size observations. It was a right handed pitcher.....why would you bat Mes or Ludwick?! Or Frazier?!

My bad for not letting you completely overreact to like 9 plate appearances. Because I'm sure "you can tell". /MLBScout'd

Hanigan hit .227 in the spring. He obviously sucks with his .325/.385/.410 line.

Love that Chapman is throwing harder than his speeding ticket.

Mooney loves to argue...you can't have an even slightly extreme opinion or he will freak out.

If this means I have the reputation of calling people out on stupid opinions, I'm all for it.

e: I love arguing with dumb opinions.

I was hoping for a split in this series. Now we have a chance for more. 3/4 would be awesome.

One of the better hitting prospects in all of baseball was called up last month, he was 4 for his first 22, I'd love to hear your assessment of what kind of player he is/is going to be.

I'd love to hear why you're obsessing over an opinion.

Because it's a hilariously bad opinion and I call people out for terrible opinions on this website. Didn't you see SportsAndLady's post?

Ok well you really got me. I hope costanzo starts the rest of the week so he can get enough bats to be judged fairly.

Yeah because that's what I was arguing.

    Nice strawman argument there.

A hitters career doesn't start at the MLB level, and Constanzo hasn't been a good hitter as a minor leaguer over the last 7 years. I think it's fair to say he isn't a very good hitter, and would'nt be here if he weren't a lefty bat.
