Footwedge, are you denying that you didn't know how to figure out percentiles and then tried to argue agaisnt my correct way to do them?

I can't believe you're still talking about something that you got completely wrong and looked like a f*cking retard about. Only a stubborn dumbass would do such a thing.

Will probably keep him busy till the 7th inning.
Consdiering it would only be by percentage points (DET would be 0 GB since they've played 2 more, wining and losing 1 more each), I can't believe you figured it out.
  • GOONx19
Gotta get him out of there. Five walks, a deep double, and a homerun since the second out last inning.
  • Glory Days
have some balls Acta and pull masterson!
  • BR1986FB
Masterson has seemed off since Acta yanked him too early in that season opener.
  • hoops23
Where is footwedge to bash Masterson?
  • Laley23
Ill bash him. Hes been awful since start 1. And I CANNOT STAND walks. Make the guys hit the ball.

Not a good feeling about today, but still pumped about the road trip.
  • hoops23
6 BB and 4 ER in 5 IP to Oakland is pretty pathetic, honestly.

If you're going to walk guys, you HAVE to limit the damage. Ubaldo had 5 walks in 6 innings against but only gave up 2 runs. If you're going to get in to trouble, you HAVE to be able to get out of it.

Masterson's ERA is over 6 now I believe? Just not acceptable.
  • DeadliestWarrior34
We stink today. Masterson can't pitch. We cant capitalize on our hits. Donald has went full retard like four times. And apparently I always miss out on Marson's great plays because I've never seen him throw anyone out.

You know...it's pretty sad when you have to lie about what I said in your sig line. I posted Marrian's definition on percentile. Percentiles are based on lots of hundreds. Just because the author listed only his top 25, it does not mean that he didn't have a top 100 prospects list. A good lawyer would understand this. I've moved on, living the dream. Try it there Sleuth.

Case rested. And BTW...it's OK to admit that you are wrong. You wil feel a lot better about yourself.

As for Hoops..yes Masterson has been horrible since his first start. He was horrible in spring training too. Now...have I picked on you for voicing your displeasure with Masterson? Nope. I would expect you, as a tribe fan to respect my opinion that Ubaldo was a horrible trade. And if Ubaldo continues to pitch like crap, I'm gonna bitch.

I have been giving Masterson the benefit of the doubt, but he really needs to get his head out of his ass. Next start is crucial for him to get it back together imo.

    What's your problem, Brute?
  • Footwedge
Acta rested a few starters and it showed.

Carmona disease. Bad control, but also his release point is off. His ball is tailing but not sinking.

    Ubaldo is 2-0.

Very solid road trip. Beating teams they should beat.

One more chance to do that against KC, and then it's back to playing MLB caliber competition for most of the next month.

Definitely a good road trip. 7-2 is nothing to fret about, regardless of who you play.

If the Tribe wants to be competitive, they have to beat the teams like they're supposed to beat.

And Fister was 2-11 before last year's Tiger trade. Do you have a point here?
  • grodt
Sucks to end the road trip that way but let's not let it sour the overall success of the trip. 7-2 is a tremendous road trip. I'm not too worried about Masterson yet, but cutting down on the walks is a must.

We get Asdrubal back for the Royals. Hopefully the bats will stay as hot against KC as they were before.

Century: By definition...based on 100 years. Not 25 years.
Centile: By definition..based on lots of 100. Not lots of 25.
Percent: By definition...ratio comparing to a lot of 100
Cent: By definition....one one hundreth of a dollar...as in a dollar equals 100 cents.
There you go LPS.... etymology is your friend if you want it to be.:laugh:

    Any questions?

Ubaldo is keeping his team in games and pitching well enough to win, yet when he gives up a base hit you come on here to post about it like your ass is on fire.
