I dont know who I would go after. Like Auto said, maybe Geno.

I do know I wouldnt go after Alex Smith, who was a complete bust before Harbaugh was there, and was nothing but a game manager under Harbaugh. QBs are not game managers under Andy Reid.

I think Alex Smith would be a great choice for KC. Not the long term answer of course, but he could at least give them a few years of solid, albeit unspectacular, football while they get the rest of the pieces and until they are able to draft a franchise qb.

If they decide to go defense with the #1 pick, like you said, Smith could be a short term answer.....not necessarily a "fix."

I think Geno Smith is going to wow people at his workouts and the combine.

There isn't a QB in this draft worth 1st pick.

^^ I bet somebody does too. Turn on the tape, the dude fucking sucks, no pocket awarness at all. Some team will fall in love, did you see his bowl game? I remember when a bunch of dudes from the browns forums were slobbing on his knob hardcore.

    This.

I agree. I'd go defense, no doubt about it. Lots of talent in that area all over the place.

That being said, I still think Geno goes #1 to KC. New coach, #1 pick. Like I said, I think Smith's stock will only go up from here on out. They desperately need a QB, and who else is really out there right now to fill that role?

Tebow is looking for a job.

He should go to the CFL. He'd be the face of the league and we'd probably never have to hear about him again.

On 2nd thought, who am I kidding. ESPN would be covering the CFL in no time!

[h=3]ONE MORE OBSERVATION[/h][LEFT]» In the past, the officiating crews that worked the playoffs were the same crews that worked together during the regular season. This season, however, the postseason crews will be made up based on a rating system, comprised of the highest-rated individual officials. The lower-ranked officials will work Wild Card Weekend.

Should be interesting to see how this pans out.

I bet Reid is thinking he can make them explosive. Might want to find a QB.

    Jamaal Charles just cussed.

He had one of the best RBs in the league in LeSean McCoy and he refused to give him the ball. Charles is a very similar back too
  • Rotinaj
Charles has the highest YPC in nfl history. He'll get plenty of touches.

He will. But McCoy didn't get enough touches in Philly and that is well documented

I really don't care to look, but I'm sure Google can direct you to all sorts of articles on the matter

I already did look. 4th in the NFL in touches is not lacking for touches. 2010 was less, but he missed a game and I think didnt start a few others as a 2nd year guy. Over 16 games he wouldve been close to top 5 that year also.

Jerry Brown wasn't drunk. Makes this story even worse IMO.

    Then why didn't he drive?

I didn't mean it bad. I just don't understand that. You're sober and you let a drunk person drive you somewhere? Why??

    I know.

And even though he technically was sober, the autopsy did show he had alcohol in his system.
