Up 3 games to1, what a choke job by the Cardinals. Now we have a Giants-Tigers World Series. It will be a boring series, sure won't watch much of that.

The Cardinals aren't in it. I'll watch most of it.

The magic of modern video technology. Like in golf, isn't there a rule in baseball regarding a double hit ball!

It's legal if the bat breaks....illegal if it doesn't

    Actually hit 3 times

Yes, that 3rd time the contact was longer as it rolled up the barrel and put all that spin on it that got it past Kozma and broke the game open.

this is pure stupidity. Just like last season this is an exciting series between two teams who are rolling and some of the best pitchers in the game. Will be interesting how well SF can stack up to the Tigers firepower

Eh I love watching baseball. I'll watch very little of this series.

But if I'm the tigers, I'd make sure the giants win at least the first game.

I can't remember a year when I was less interested in the MLB playoffs. I watched a little of the Reds series, but that has been it. Usually, I can watch whatever game is on, but for some reason...there is nothing appealing this year.

Reyes, Josh Johnson, Mark Buerhle, John Buck and Emilio Bonifacio likely headed north of the border

Man Toronto must be feeling flush with cash as they are taking on a shit ton of money.

They had been rumored to be a team that could throw a big deal at Hamilton potentially, but I am going to assume this trade takes that idea off the table with the amount of money they are committing.

Miami just flipped double birds to the taxpayers and probably most importantly their fans. Baseball is officially dead in Miami.

Selig really needs to step in and do something about this deal. This is for the good of the game and the good for one market.
