I like watching bill walker more for the highlight plays. Thought OJ was the better all around player. The thing I didn't enjoy about walker was his constant attitude. Granted, I only saw him play in high school around 10 times but I'd guess in 8 of those games I thought, man if this kid could just get his mind right he could be incredible. But he's still easy to root for.

Lakers take out the Nuggets with Bynum making his debut with 29 pts and 13 rebs. I think Bynum stayed in shape. This was the Lakers 5th game in 7 days.

Kobe (just a shell of himself) with a modest 17/10/9 day. The Lakers are really getting it done on the defensive end giving up just 85 ppg this year.

    Classic Mike Brown.

I still don't think the Lakers have nearly enough anymore, though. I can't see a team winning a title with Steve Blake and Jason Kapono playing 20+ minutes.

    17,10,9?

Pretty embarrassing numbers in a win. Sounds like a Magic stat line....but he has AIDS so that doesn't matter. Kobe should probably retire before he embarrasses himself even more.

    Agree, add in McRoberts too

If Bynum has finally taken that next step, then it'll help out the Lakers A LOT.

When Desagna Diop goes 29/13 I'll completely agree.

Apparently Josh Harrellson took 8 threes today in the Knicks game. That isn't something I ever expected to see in an NBA box score.

Not surprising with D'Antoni as Coach.

Funny, wasn't skyhook basically jumping off the lakers dick after the first couple games saying they wouldn't be very good... Now he's back to blowing hard on the bandwagon.

    Typical.

I think the Lakers are in a bad situation right now. They are not a championship contender, but are not bad enough to improve through the draft...while they are aging as well. But with the way the NBA is setting up...being located in LA, they should be able to just import in an all star team.

He took 10 threes all season last year at Kentucky and only made 2, so still a little surprising.
  • ohiobucks1
He made 50% of them tonight
  • Hb31187
Yeah, he must of really worked on his shot this off season. Because they looked like good shots, and he was hittin em. So why not shoot?

Evan Turner continues to underwhelm, and JJ is struggling to get very many minutes in Sacremento. Figured hed be gettin like 25+ a night
