Which begs the question: why in the hell aren't your best blockers on the FG unit? Mangini or Romeo (can't recall) pulled this same shit a few years ago when they got a FG blocked in Oakland (can't remember the stiff who got blown up, but he was a reserve).

Shouldn't your SCORING UNIT have the most reliable blockers?

Something like that alone should be grounds for firing a special teams coach.

You seriously are delirious if you think that game was officiated well. But then again, you're usually the only one to defend the officials when theyre blatantly wrong. I understand bias, but you take it to a whole nother level

I never said it was a well officiated game. I just think it is funny what people consider HORRIBLY. There are a few on this site I can discuss philosophy and rules with, and a few that just don't get it. Most of the times, I'll just laugh, sometimes I'll attempt to explain.

I was not watching real closely, but nothing stood out to be beyond a marginal block in the back on a punt return where contact was made, but the contact was minimal and the playing being blocked did go to the ground in the direction of the block. I saw one potential hold on a sweep to the near side going right to left, don't remember who had the ball. Nobody seemed to notice and the play was not replayed for TV.

    What else did I miss?

4 AFC North teams in top 4.

I got called out last week for even saying something like that lol.....special teams have been horrible every single week and it is always something new....hell if that punt return wasn't called back we lose this game.

Let's be honest here....that was a shlt call if there ever was one. It's nice to see the Browns get treated like the Steelers do every single week.

Nat "The fat fuck" Dorsey. That is still to this day, one of the most pissed I've ever been following a loss.

You must not have been around in the 80's. Or more recently..Ruudgate.

Although that 2007 Raiders game pissed me off, I can list many more games where I was more pissed, and that includes games during that season.

Ruudgate and the playoff game takes the cake for me.

Week 1 vs the Bengals this week is up there...give up taht bullshit TD to Green that way..we could be 4-2 right now

Think it was the late 70's, early 80's before replay where the Browns got fucked at Three Rivers Stadium. Kickoff to start overtime was blatantly fumbled by the Steelers return man inside their 10 yard line, I believe. This was one of THE worst calls EVER. Refs ruled "down by contact." Drive/game ends on a flea flicker bomb from Bradshaw to Bennie Cunningham. That SHOULD have been the game that broke the Three Rivers Jinx. We had to wait until several years later when Bernie finally beat them at that shithole.

Oh I recall Ruddgate..sigh. I was def pissed during the playoff loss to shittsburg but I thought oh well we'll be there next season. lolfail on me. Not sure what it was about the Oakland game but man I've never been more pissed following a game. The loss to the Bungals later in the season in which DumbAss cost us the playoffs is also up there, but I put that on RAC attack as well. Should have put Quinn in.

Most upset I was after a loss was this, I thought they had to win to get into the playoffs:

I was 10. I kicked in a TV. They had to go to Cincinnati the next week and beat a very good Bengals team, to make the playoffs if I'm correct (which they did).

I was a little younger, they did win the next week. The Minnesota game was week 15.
